How to restore all mailbox items from Outlook PST file? The Outlook PST Recovery Tool is a professional and reliable solution designed to repair and restore all mailbox items from a corrupt Outlook PST file. It effectively recovers PST items such as emails, contacts, calendars, and tasks directly into Outlook, even from encrypted and password-protected files. Users can save recovered files in various formats, including MSG, DBX, MBOX, and EML. While MS Outlook installation is required on your system to restore the recovered mailbox data, the tool can also fix any errors related to Outlook Data Files (.pst) and supports recovery from corrupt PST files in both UNICODE and ANSI… 1 vote

Highlight "pencil case" - changing highlight color easilyIn reading papers, I use multiple highlight colors simultaneously, yet changing colors demands too much clicks. Currently, there are two ways of changing the color: 1) highlight using the previously used color, click on the highlight, click to change color; the next highlight will use this changed color by default. 2) using the property bar/highlighter tool properties, you click on the top-down menu, click to select a new color and then highlight. Both options requires two clicks. Suppose the physical world: you have highlithers in multiple colors, and in one action you chose the color you want to use. My… 1 vote

Hide 'Enable Editing' Button on New AcrobatOn old Acrobat, when opening a document that claims compliance with PDF/A, a box would appear at the top of the program stating so along with an "Enable Editing" button. Although on a read-only document, I am unable to click Enable Editing; however, I could click the "I" information icon and have it dismissed. On New Acrobat, the same box appears with the same "Enable Editing" button and same "I" information icon, but clicking the "I" no longer does anything. Therefore on certain read-only documents, I am stuck with this blue box permanently at the top wasting screen real estate. 1 vote

Missing Ctrl+5 shortcut icon to toggle between thick and thin lines as in old UINew UI is not so user friendly. Please feedback to your development team that we hope to see the same good features from the old UI. For example, the Ctrl+5 shortcut icon is missing in new UI. We prefer just one click to toggle between thick and thin lines as in old UI. 1 vote

Bug: not possible to sign multiple times in different roundSteps to reproduce the issue
If a form has to be signed in different steps, I cannot sign e.g. as the second and 6th person in the signature round.
I cannot sign the form for approving the translator and then after four other people have signed sign for the correct process has been followed and the correct people have signed. I do not get a new sign for my second signature, and the document does not appear in the list of documents waiting for me.Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.) Mac OS Expected result

Microsoft Purview Information Protection - ImprovementWe enforce the use of Microsoft Purview Information Protection labels on all PDFs.
It would be good to have a drop-down menu, much like you see on Microsoft Outlook emails to select a label, rather than requiring the user to open the Protect section and click 'Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label'.
This should be in the toolbar by default if MIP is being enforced by policy at the machine level.1 vote

Feature Request: Option to Customize Notification PreferencesHi everyone, I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to bring up a feature that I believe would enhance user experience significantly. Currently, notifications can be overwhelming, especially with multiple threads and updates happening simultaneously. Would it be possible to implement an option for users to customize their notification preferences? For example, allowing us to choose between receiving notifications for every update, only for mentions, or opting out of certain threads entirely would be incredibly helpful. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What do you think about the idea? Looking forward to your thoughts! ragdoll hit 1 vote

Two-page view is uselessI have a 3-page PDF. I need to view pages 2 and 3 together on the same screen. It can't be done in Acrobat. I suspect this is a problem any time you need to have the even-numbered page on the left and the odd-numbered page on the right. Not to mention that even finding the page view settings is almost impossible with the current UI. Did you ever think that maybe you should run this stuff by a focus group before deciding it's a good idea? 1 vote

crapy new interfaceThe new interface is really ****. The toolbars must be more user-friendly, and we should be able to hang in the bar at the top OR on the right OR on the left, or even be able to put it ELSEWHERE than in the working window (as in some old versions). Looks like the people who developed this version aren't actually working with their own product. Worst update I've seen in 15 years. 1 vote

Ask permission to change functionalityStop changing functions when the change is nonsensical and doesn't improve the function! It's annoying! At the very least, ask me if I want the change. Then, I can schedule when I will learn the change instead of during a deadline. New function in "organize pages" and I cannot figure out how to select only certain pages for extraction. So, instead of this being an easy task, I have to look up help. If Acrobat didn't dominate PDF, I would switch bc it appears that you care more about what you think is a great "update," that maybe your users… 1 vote

combining files from autocad dwg format into one pdf fileThe new acrobat pro is not able to combine autocad and excel files into one pdf document as it did before on older versions without now first having to individually convert each autocad file into a pdf then combining the files once this is done.
This is now making the process a lot more time consuming compared to the way it previously worked which is a step backwards for the software instead of improving the process1 vote

The new Adobe Acrobat pro interface doesn't allow you to open pdf's in new windows instead of tabs. Please bring back the open pdf's in new windows option. I use Alt-Tab to switch between documents. For some reason the development team didn't think that was important anymore and excluded this option in the new interface. Bring it back! stop taking away features. 9 votes

Adobe Acrobat Pro is using a lot of memory without even opening it.I turned on my computer and opened Chrome and visited YouTube. And my computer felt super sluggish. Even my cursor started lagging. I checked the task manager and found that Adobe Acrobat is using a huge amount of memory in the background. I wasn't even using any of the Adobe apps. I never had this kind of issue before.
