Acrobat Print function will not connect to printer
This is a bug; I'm on Windows printing to a Canon printer (pdf's will print if going thru Chrome and not Adobe Acrobat v 2023.008.20534 64 bit). The Adobe popup print box comes up, then the Cannon box appears (not populated), disappears and nothing happens. I'm currently bypassing Acrobat and printing all documents thru. Chrome. See attached file for system information.

PDFMaker - Styleref fields in Word have "0B" or "20B" etc appended before them in resultant PDF
I've had this issue intermittently for years: I thought it was gone but it's reappeared on a new document that has separate lineage from the last time I had it (different company).
My footer has stylerefs which take in the cover styles and the appendix heading styles, putting the document title(s) and appendix number & name in the footer. All looks fine on screen, but when I use Acrobat PDFMaker to output it, it will append "0B" or something similar to the beginning of one of the fields.

Adobe Acrobat Pro app fails to launch
Intermittently, Adobe Acrobat Pro will just fail to launch, either from the start menu or from double click on PDF document. No spinning wheel. No error code. Just does not launch. A few hours later it will launch fine, for a while. Then it does this again, randomly. This is very disruptive as I am using this for my business, so when I need to edit a document, I need to edit it NOW. Windows 11. Acrobat Pro version 2023.008.20421 64-bit

"Enable Scrolling" DEFAULT On/Off Setting in Preferences -> Page Display
On the new Acrobat, there is no setting to change the default for this. It defaults to ON at all times. I am a legal professional, and this would be a big improvement for me. Users who regularly navigate long PDFs of hundreds of pages or more would benefit from having this setting OFF when opening documents, instead of having to disable it every time. Horrible customer support
It took 10 minutes to find a contact number. Then another ten minutes to reach an actual person. Then this person spoke English as a second language and sounded very far away while clearly multi-tasking around the room... then hung up on accident (I'm assuming) after 1 minute. Move Toolbar
Move the toolbar to the top of the window out of the document space, where it often gets in the way no matter where you place it.

Fix the Organize/Extract feature
In the new interface, when selecting the option to "Organize", the highlighted thumbnail is not the current page, but rather page 14. This is true regardless of which page is currently being viewed when opening the "Organize" tab. Secondly, when selecting "Extract", two identical selection menus pop up. One being the new interface style and the other being an older "compatibility" style.

Adobe Sign - bug when typing email contacts
Before the recent upgrade to Adobe Sign, it would predict my text for entering email addresses, it is no longer doing this every time. Some work, others flash a little box of addresses that goes away so I have to completely type out all email addresses. Also, I have two email addresses that have only one letter difference, but it will not let me enter the one I need. It keeps picking up on the other one (one of the addresses where predictive text happens to be working). I want to type in "amartin" and it will only select "aemartin"…

How do I select the whole document to read out aloud. At this time I can only select one paragraph at a time? Easier to export to Word.
When using the read out loud option I can only select one paragraph at a time. The read out load function seems very immature in Adobe. Easier to export the whole document to MS-Word and use their read out load function.

Interactive PDF crashes Acrobat after pressing button (on release or tap) to go to file. Does not happen (on click).
This issue just began on 2/14/2024, mid-day, after InDesign and Acrobat updates. Interactive PDF created and exported from InDesign causes Acrobat to crash (with error but without option to report). Problem happens after pressing a button within an interactive PDF to go to file. The file opens but I immediately receive an error that reads "This PDF cannot be viewed in Acrobat or Reader, and the application will now exit". BUG: Edit PDF feature in Acrobat v23 is very difficult to use now
I don't mind the new interface, but there are so many bugs in the latest Acrobat update that I'm not able to use the Edit PDF tool outside of very simple tasks. Here's some of the things I'm not able to do now,
- I'm not able to select multiple objects, text boxes, etc. with the Shift key
- I'm not able to select multiple items by dragging the mouse over several objects, text boxes, etc.

Please add the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default hotkeys to items on the toolbar

I would really appreciate if the Adobe team would consider implementing either the ability to allow custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default keyboard shortcuts (i.e., hotkeys) to shortcuts on the toolbar.
If the second option to map hotkeys to toolbar shortcuts is implemented, I would really appreciate if by pressing the Alt key I could bring up a display of all shortcuts available. For example, please see the Microsoft Word image: if I press the Alt key, it displays all available keyboard shortcuts.
