  2. Currently the only way to SPECIFY a cropped page size in Acrobat is to use the clunky preflight tool. Why not simply allow the "Change Page Size" settings in "Set Page Boxes" dialog to result in a smaller page size (crop).

    If you try this now, you get a "Page size may not be reduced." error. In the crop dialog. The place where you go to make the page smaller. The actual definition of cropping. Why not just let it crop to the size you type in, whether that's larger or smaller?

  3. I, like many other users whose posts I have read, absolutely hate the new Send for Signatures functionality. I had my agreements and information gathering forms all set up using the Prepare A Form tool. Before, when I opened the document, it worked perfectly and all I had to do was enter a recipient, attach multiple docs and click Send. It was wonderful! NOW--all my forms' prepared fields have been overwritten!! In the new version EVERY field is defaulted to the signer, radio buttons are converted to text fields or deleted entirely and multiple fields are the wrong data type…

  4. When an SMTP conversation is dropped or fails, there are two primary types of codes. If the command was accepted or rejected by the MTA, it is indicated by the first number in the code. The reason for the failure is indicated by the two numbers that remain in a code. The categories of codes are:

  5. The sidebar pops up EVERY time I try to do something and I can't see the file! WHY??? My job is infinitely harder because of this. I also can't use the Ctrl S function to save. This is literally maddening.

  6. When opening previously created pdfs, getting the error message "Cannot find or create the font 'TimesNewRomanPSMT.' Some characters may not display or print correctly." Closing out of Adobe and re-opening brings back the hidden characters, but this should be fixed. Thanks!

  9. This is not a bug on the application, but simply on https://www.adobe.com/ch_de/#langnav, but there's no option to give feedback on the website ...
    When changing region while being in ch_de, some countries appear with funny names (see screenshot)

  10. On Request Signatures: The pre-filled data that I put in the boxes looked all neat and tidy before sending. Then when the document came back, the font in the prefilled boxes was twice as large and only half the address could be read! On a contract! The document does not appear to everyone the same way that it appears when I am creating it and now my contracts look like noob work. How am I to guess how pre-filled data will look if it is deceiving while building the doc? I put a screen shot of it, the suite, city,…

  11. The older versions of Acrobat had the Page Naviagion region (number of pages of youir document, which page you were on, etc) on the default screen, on top and center. That was removed on the new version of Acrobat. Please restore that. It's omission basically makes Acrobat and Acrobat Reader useless!

  12. This is a bug, not an idea: since the latest update (acrobat Pro 2023.006.20320) there is no possibility to permanent show the page sizes in the lower left corner of an opened PDF file, although the corresponding checkbox is enabled in the preferences.

  14. To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

  15. Problem:
    I frequently use the functions of "edit PDF", adding text boxes, highlighting and reorganizing pages. When I did many changes to a document(?), Adobe always pop up an error message of "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (14)" when I tried to save the documents. Interestingly, this error message did not affect me saving the document, so I've been ignoring it for more than half a year. However, recently, when I reopen those saved documents, there are many text disappeared.

  16. Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

  19. Please bring back the vertical scroll bar. It is impossible to navigate easily without it. Our team regularly has to move back and forth through pdfs that are over 200 pages long. I now have to use Preview to do that because the new version of Acrobat has no vertical scrollbar. Why remove it?
