Idea: Allow users to Change, delete or add signors even after a document is in flight but prior to anyone signing
Currently, after adding fields, if you notice that someone else missed a signature, you need to start completely over. The document hasn't even been sent. we need to be able to change, delete or add signors up to the point that someone starts signing. Being able to modify an agreement was a huge selling point to me but if I can't modify the basics than what good is it.

Adobe Signed documents get password locked after opening with different app than Adobe Reader
Users are reporting an issue that after they received the (Adobe Sign) signed document via email and open it with a pdf reader, the document gets "locked", password protected and can't be opened again. We don't set password when sending the document for signing.
We managed to reproduce the issue, once the signed document is received via email and saved locally, and it's then opened with a pdf reader other than Adobe Reader the document gets password locked. If for example you want to rotate the document you receive a message that you can’t do that. But somehow the document is altered because next time you try to open the document you receive error message “pls enter the document password”.See the attached screenshots for every steps we took:
1. Document signed with Adobe Sign, downloaded and saved locally. Open with a pdf reader, opens OK
2. Try to rotate the document, not possible. Click on Cancel and close the document – OK
3. Try to open the document again, you are asked for a password – NOT OKSame password protection is being added if you preview the signed document from your email (so it's opened with a odf reader) and then you save it on your local drive. When you try to open it, it gives the same prompt "enter a password".
This is not happening when using Adobe Reader (rotating the page and then the document gets locked), but of course we need Adobe Sign signed documents to be able to open/rotated etc. with any pdf reader not just Adobe Sign. We can’t ask external users to use Adobe Reader only for the signed documents.

White color is shown as light blue in Mac
There is a bug where the white background in any PDF file is shown as light blue in MacOS Sanoma 14.2.1. I have attached two screenshots for your reference, one from the default Preview app and the other from Adobe Acrobat Pro. The application is updated to its latest version, the details of which can be seen in the following:

Search function needs beginning of word -> bad
I want to be able to search for words in the documents even if I don't type the beginning of the word.
To explain: in swedish lung cancer is spelt lungcancer and now if I search for "cancer" lungcancer don't show up. **** annoying.

Form fields deleted / removed when sending document to sign.
When sending a document for signatures, all form fields are deleted and replaced with blank fields.
An error pops up in the bottom right saying that all unsupported fields have been removed, and it sounds like that includes all form fields previously created with the "old" interface.

Shortcut removed during updates
Every month when Acrobat pro is updated, my shortcut for Certificates is removed. Please retain these customizations during upgrades.
More - there are numerous recommendations for adding shortcuts for various tasks. Everyone believes their use case is generalized. Pro has a good shortcut interface, but it is critical that they be maintained once implemented. In my mind, this is a universal use case.

The DISABLE NEW ACROBAT must be a big flashing buttton on the main start page if you ever do that again. My lawyer will sue. I nearly died. People depend on being able to do work WHEN they need to do it.

Keyboard command for posting comments
I would like to use a keyboard command to post a comment, including adding text, marking text for deletion or adding a stamp.
Hitting command-save to save the doc works, but I might not always want to do that (also, that's not especially intuitive!). Using the mouse to navigate to the "post" button is inconvenient and time consuming.

Quick Access to tools actually used like new document and organize document.
I am unable to add tools like "new document" and "organize document" if I try to add them it gives me useless options under these categories and not the task I use regularly. Especially with "organize" you don't want a giant unneeded sidebar taking up space, really poor design.,

I am a regular user of Adobe Acrobat and I frequently work with large PDF documents that require revision numbering on each page. I currently have a 100-page document where I need to change the revision number on each page individually, which is a time-consuming and tedious task.
I suggest adding an option in Adobe Acrobat that allows users to change all pages' revision numbers at once, making it easier and more efficient to manage these types of documents. This feature would greatly improve productivity and streamline the process of updating revision numbers in multi-page PDFs.

password for combining/inserting 'protected' docs
undo the need for a non-existent password when needing to add docs that were signed using adobe. it says to ask the creator for the password, which is me, and i don't recall ever creating a pw for any documents I send out for signing. i tried using my adobe account pw but it's 'incorrect'. but you did forbid me from 'distilling' documents so as to circumvent this nonsensical feature.

Copy/Paste for email details in Acrobat Sign.
When sending a document for E-Signature. I send a different document to every user. But it is always the same email message on the Review and Sign page. However, I am not able to copy and paste a message in that field. I always have type a long message to the recipient every time.

Page organization functionality has been lost in new update
The new pages organization tool is more difficult and less intuitive, and its “insert page” option in particular is much less useful than it used to be, please fix it.
The most important problem is with the "insert page" function alone. When you select "file" for "insert page" it no longer lets you add more than one file at once. I frequently use Acrobat to merge several PDFs into one PDF and now I have to add each file one by one, this is incredibly time consuming, tedious, and wholly unnecessary.
Another problem I have with the new method is the size of the page organization tool—I can only organize pages in the left sidebar now, when before it let you see it in the main screen, which allowed for a larger view and to see the pages in grid order, instead of just in a tight row. This is frustrating as it makes it harder to visualize my document as a whole while I am trying to re-arrange it as a whole.
Lastly is a more minor issue. The first problem I encountered with it was the icon. In general, the icons for the new user interface are mostly too small and many are unclear. Further, they don't tell you what they do if you hover over them, you have to actually click the symbol to be given any description/text options. The icons in the toolbar aren't all bad, but it is very hard to find how to add, delete, or move pages. Not only is that icon in a confusing place all on its own, the little four grid square symbol does not intuitively represent that function. In fact, it is confusingly the same symbol used for switching between list or grid view on the open recents menu. So, when I fist saw it, I naturally thought it was just an option to view the PDF in a side-by-side grid view instead of just a single-row scroll. Printing preset ERROR
The correct size of A2 paper is 4.25"x5.5" - NOT 16.5354"x23.3858" as the Print Document dialog box insists. Trying to print on A2 envelopes but the dialog box keeps giving an error message stating the paper size is too big. FIX IT please and thank you.
