  1. When using Acrobat two lines stacked closely together look blurry. We recognize this is a resolution issue, we'd like the ability to up the document resolution so we can avoid this blurriness.

    Thank you!

  2. Get the AI assistant out of the way. I don't want it and need the option to disable it. Very irritating.

  3. We would like to request an enhancement to the location-based security controls in Adobe Sign.

At present, Adobe Sign only allows blocking signing activity from China. We request the ability to block additional countries or regions, particularly third countries with a high financial or fraud risk, from which documents cannot be signed. Specifically, we propose:

    • The ability to block multiple countries (not only China)
    • The option to configure a custom allowlist or blocklist of countries
    • Support for risk-based country groups (e.g. high-risk, medium-risk)
    • Application of these rules to all signing methods (web, mobile, integrations)

    Why the…

  5. As part of my daily workflow, I spend hours reviewing technical drawings in PDF format. These documents require my full attention and careful analysis, so any interruption is extremely disruptive. Unfortunately, the constant popups from this program, insisting that I “summarize your PDF using AI,” have become a major annoyance.

I want to make it very clear: I do not intend to use AI for my work. My company’s policy strictly forbids it, and I value maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Despite this, the software repeatedly interrupts my workflow with suggestions that are not only irrelevant but also intrusive. Each popup…

  6. These constant prompts to use AI have totally ruined Adobe Acrobat for me. They're disruptive. Also, my workplace uses Acrobat for sensitive work documents - we are required to maintain confidentiality - I can't risk potentially having AI trained on my documents. I'm saying goodbye to Adobe Acrobat permanently, and using Xodo moving forward instead. Xodo is not shoving AI at me daily. I'll be encouraging my whole office to switch too. See ya!

  7. How about a button that totally disables and removes all the AIBS buttons and suggestions and **** ? Would consider it almost on par with removing the old Word paperclip assistant..

  8. AI should be OPT-IN only. All software should have "features" disabled by default with the option to activate this garbage.

  9. We are writing to report a bug we have identified in Adobe Acrobat related to PKCS#7 digital signatures when signing without attaching the revocation status via CSP.
    Issue Summary
When creating a PKCS#7 signature without adding the revocation status, the resulting signature is invalid.
    Root Cause Analysis
After thorough investigation, we believe the issue originates in Adobe Acrobat's handling of the CSP calls. We logged that the function CPSetHashParam is called 63 times during the signing process, and an incorrect hash from the file is being passed. This results in an invalid signature being produced.
    Workaround
    We have identified that…

  10. Allow Setting to keep on the same location of the page when moving between pages. This function is so important for review of large drawings, particular useful and very critical in design industry and construction industry with many design and work drawing, similar function have been adopted in other PDF viewing software to facilitate browsing between pages on the same location of the pages.

  11. Ever since the AI features were added to Acrobat Pro, the program is super laggy and crashes more frequently. I've "disabled" AI, but we all know that doesn't actually disable anything. I can't tell you how many time the program has crashed or not loaded my document quickly because it is visibily trying to get the AI pop-ups to load first. The fact that the popup always say "Save time with a document using AI Assistant" just adds insult to injury.

  12. My acrobat documents are getting hover tips that give an image description and say it's AI generated content. It sounds like it's saying that the image is generated by AI when it is not. It is not fair to say my creative work is generated by AI and to convince my clients of that!!!

  13. Bug. I work with two monitors, and when I have the Adobe Acrobat window on one monitor, it shows as it should, but when I move the window to the other monitor the icons in the Windows taskbar multiplies, which get very annoying after just a few open dokuments. If I try to close a tab, the "duplicate" window in the taskbar is still there but empty. It has been like this for the last two updates of Acrobat I think. Please fix this error!

  14. Get rid of the bloody infuriating AI nonsense. AI is *, it's as * as it's possible to be, and it gets in the way. Just delete it completely, nobody wants it and if they did, they'd be incredibly stupid as it's always wrong.

  15. There is something wrong with the side menu. When I first open a document, I can see the All Tools menu on the left, but as soon as I click a tool or click one of the other side bar categories, I can see that it pulls up the tools menu but it's like stuck behind a shadow of the previous side menu and there's nothing I can do. Pressing the X doesn't close the tools, and it is basically stuck like this until I close the document and reopen, even with clicking the other options at the top like…

  16. I said "No" I don't want Acrobat to be my default app for PDF files. Acrobat DC asks me again every time I start the program. That is intrusive and abusive, there is already a button on the start screen for that. Let me choose not to be asked again. I know how to do it through Acrobat (it's in plain sight already) or through the operating system settings.

  17. Allow us to turn off AI, it is intrusive and crashing constantly.
I am currently looking for other options to work pdf's with as this is becoming painful to use.

  18. 20+ year Acrobat user, in your latest Acrobat Pro releases I'm inundated with AI prompts, windows, task bars, etc. NO I don't want a regenerative AI request in my document, NO I don't want a document summary, NO I don't want anything else AI related in a simple PDF. This is wasting so much time. Despite disabling AI features, they literally come back after every open.

  19. Can we please have a debloated home screen in Adobe Acrobat?

Looking at the current layout, half the screen is wasted on stuff I’ll never use:
    • Curated project ads like “Unlock your sales potential with TED” — this isn’t why I opened Acrobat.
    • AI features pushing “summarize your notes” when all I want is to view and edit PDFs.
    • Meeting transcription integration — how is this even related to a PDF tool?

And the strangest part: if I’m running Acrobat DC (formerly Acrobat Pro, Acrobat X, etc.), that already means I’m a paying customer. Why is the…

  20. This is not an idea, I just wanted to provide feedback that generative AI tools are an instant turn-off. I would vastly prefer a program that helps fight against the use of generative AI by protecting my documents from AI programs. I would pay more money to use a program that does not feature any kind of AI assistance, AI suggestions, AI integration of any kind.

We used to live in a world where corporations understood that when a user has a positive experience with a product or service, they will only tell one or two people, but if they…
