Stop annoying Quick Actions popup editor in Adobe Acrobat
Please please please allow turning OFF that annoying editing popup that appears constantly in the way of my editing. It is unnecessary and time consuming to deal with. A BAD idea—get rid of it.

Please add capability for multiple signatures
Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them it's often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures. Please adjust your product to allow for more signatures to be created for use in signing pdfs. Thank you.

e-mails from Adobe were detected as phishing mails
If a recipient of a requested signature rejects the document, then the canceled document is sent back to me on behalf of the sender. However, this leads to a positive result in our SPAM detection and the mail ends up in the SPAM folder. However, the actual sender of the mail is not the recipient but adobesign@adobesign.com.
Since there are more and more phishing mails on the way in these days, Adobe should not be detected as a false sender here as well.
Sending in the name of another person should be avoided.2 votes -
Read aloud will not work for me
Read aloud feature fails to work. It worked for me the first time I tried it, a couple weeks ago, but now it refuses to read (I don't hear anything) and I have verified that I am using it correctly. I tried following the suggestion to Turn off Protected Mode at Startup on a user forum, and that didn't help either. I'm uploading a file I was using as a test.

Acrobat DC Pro : Compare PDF functions not good in latest version, classic version works good
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC latest version cant the do these :
1) Cannot unsynchronise the files
2) Cannot split the old and new files in separate screens
3) Cannot highlight words to enter commentThese can be done in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC CLASSIC VERSION
Please bring these back to the latest version. These functions are useful which is why the company purchased it.

Editing is slow when adding text or using Line function
I found that editing in the new version makes PDF very slow and frustrating. When adding a straight line I have to drag from left and right to get a suitable line length that is needed.
Just give users a straight line with one click they can drag its length.

Comments in Overview don't load
Hi there
I got an Issue, where when opening the Comment-Tool not all Comments where visible. First I had to scroll through all pages to get them in the overview. This issue stays even if the comments got the check and the document is closed and opened again.Attached you find the file with the Error.
Environment: macOS 11.4, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC V 2021.005.20058.
Fix this issue as soon as possible. otherwise this overview is not reliable

Add option to open documents in presentation mode
It is very common to share PDF documents during a presentation, and Acrobat Reader always attempts to open the document with large toolbars that interfere with the presentation. It is not sufficient to be able to set a given document to open in full screen, as whether or not a document needs to be opened in full screen depends on where it's being opened from. This needs to be available as an Open Action like page number or zoom level.

[Bug] When sending a signature request, email does not reach the recipient
When sending a signature request, email does not reach the recipient. Usually whenever I sent out a doc for signature, I will get an email that ut has sent out. Since 1st Oct neither I get any email nor the recipent recieve any request to sign off.

Too many fonts
I don't create or edit PDFs very often, but when I do, finding the right font is frustrating. First, you can't tell what they look like because they all look the same in your list. Please make them show up in the list like they would look in the document. Second, I only use a few fonts. Let me prioritize the list so my most used fonts show first. I have the subscription Acrobat DC Pro running on an M1 based iMac and an iPad Pro, in case it makes a difference in what features are available between platforms.

Required form fields don't seem to work when the user saves, or prints
If a required field is not completed, it seems logical the user should not be able to save or print the form, and there should be a prompt to complete required information

OCR does not work
After scanning document for OCR, it will copy, but pastes a bunch of question marks and not the text that was copied.

Video not working on Acrobat DC
Tools for Rich Media work fine for development when we add a video. It fails when we try to view the video added on Acrobat DC for Windows.
Acrobat Reader can play the video fine on both the PC and Mac
Acrobat DC Pro on the Mac version # 2021.005.20048 can create and play the video correctly.
Acrobat DC Pro on Windows can create the PDF with Rich Media tools but it can not play the video. It may crash or it may do nothing. No video can be seen. I tried it both playing in the document or in its own window. The version we are running is 2021.005.20155. I do not need to upload a file since it happens on any file with a video. We had 7 computers creating and viewing the file and it worked the same on all the systems. I believe this is a bug in this version on the Windows side.

Cannot copy some Japanese characters
Copying some Japanese characters with Acrobat Pro DC and Reader for Mac (2021.005.20048) on Big Sur 11.4 does not work, while it is OK with Reader for Windows (2021.005.20048).
Please try this PDF for example.

Make the program usable for Mac
Adobe Acrobat DC is virtually unusable on an iMac. The scrolling is unacceptably slow and cannot keep up. This is an issue that has been going on for ages. I have resorted to using Acrobat reader on a parallels virtual machine, where it is much faster.
Simply scrolling forwards and backwards uses up to 100% of the CPU and no graphics acceleration.
Why the **** don't you fix it Adobe? It's a disgrace.

management of signatures
It should be possible for a TEAM manager to see the status of signature requests / access signed documents for all team members. If a Team member goes on vacation, there is no way to see the status of a signature request or retrieve the signed document until they return.

Acrobat Pro DC on Windows PC - Exit program on final tab close
For Windows PC, please provide a General Preference Option to close/exit the Acrobat Pro DC program when closing the only open tab/document.
We open a document then review, save and close it. The program window remains open thus blocking the desktop and forcing us to exit the program manually. While that sounds like a minor inconvenience or inconsequential, in reality its very frustrating and time consuming. We consider it to be a Quality of Life issue that disrupts workflow processes and would like to see it resolved.
An option to "Minimize window on final document/tab exit and maximize window on document open" would accomplish the same goal.

Add Mac share menu button
May you kindly add a share button so that we can share open documents with other options on the Mac, See attached picture, due to lack of this functionality I end up reverting to Preview as default for all pdf documents.
