  1. I'm frustrated that I pay every month to have a license for Adobe DC as part of my bundle of Adobe products and it is unstable, unreliable and full of bugs. Today, when opening up the program I was notified that my trial for DC had ended - HOWEVER, I am not on a trial, I am on year #4 of my paid subscription!! Now, features I had are gone, the Prepare Form function no longer works, I cannot create fillable PDFs (a service I get paid to do!)

    How can I justify paying every month for something that does…

  2. Please consider combining the Page Number and date format and Page Range Options into the existing Add Header Footer Window or at least a single pop-up, rather than two separate ones. They reduce the efficiency and accuracy with which the tack can be performed. Do you intend to make your software less efficient and error prone?? Because if so you have succeeded!! CONGRATULATIONS!

  3. Hello,
    I've been wondering about this for a long time, and I finally found this forum to post about it.
    So, I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.005.20058.
    Looking at the same pdf file using Acrobat Pro and Apple's Preview, one can appreciate some difference in the text rendering as shown in the attached screenshot.
    Now, what is going on here?
    Which rendering is the correct rendering?
    The text in Acrobat Pro DC at 100% zoom seems a little thin, but this is improved at 200% zoom.

  6. There needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is?   7. When users are printing with acrobat reader then the Arial font is getting substituted by a Z@XXXXX tmp font which is located in C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_sbx.
    Our oracle JDE application is referring to a font family with Arial as leading one and this will finally give weird characters in our JDE screens.
    We would like development team of Adobe to verify why those temp fonts are left behind because they are locked and we can not delete them. Only a restart of the pc will disconnect the temp font and then we will be able to delete them.

  8. Using Share for Review on DC, with several reviewers. I, the owner, made 2 comments. The next day 2 colleagues (A and B) tell me they have commented. I open and see nothing. At 5 am I get an email from Adobe that 1 commenter (B) made 40 comments. I look again and see nothing, and realize there is a problem. Commenter A shares a screenshot of her view in a browser, and it shows "[owner] deleted this comment 13 hours ago". I never deleted any comments, and there seems to be no way to view or retrieve deleted comments.…

    1. Are you also not able to see the comments on Web(Browser)
    2. Issue appears for specific file or on every files.
    3. Also facing any error while posting comments.
    4. Also please check if any filter is enabled in Shared file to show only specific comments.

  9. as accout admin on a enterprise account with enterprise ID users, i need users to use multifactor authenication found on the securty and setting pages on their adobe.com login. I need to create accounts that force them to do this or at very least get a a report on the status and whqt authenications are set-up. using federated id's is not an option

  11. Adobe Acrobat bug
    I have been experiencing this bug in two of my laptops and I cant find a way to fix this. When using fill and sign, my text disappears randomly and I find this texts on different pages of the pdf. It is very frustrating as this bug has been happening to me for a year now.

  12. I have several mouses that have horizontal-scroll features. However, I am not able to use this for horizontal scroll. On MacOS, one can also use the shift button to change a vertical scroll to a horizontal one, but this is not working as well.

    Using a trackpad, however, can scroll horizontally

  14. 1 of several problems in how PDF Maker (and InDesign's export to PDF utility) tag PDFs.

    In Table Editor, the editor's cell markers (bright pink lines) do not align with the actual <TD> data cells. This makes it difficult, and sometimes impossible, to correct a cell's tag.

    Most commonly seen in complex tables with merged cells in the column and row headers. See screen capture.

  15. Fix your tool for the Illustrator to PDF feature you created.
    It's calculating the margin difference at 1/10th so the math is wrong in presenting the true trim box size.

  16. When searching document, the highlighted colour is light blue.

    Surely the purpose of this function is to highlight the search item, not make it slightly more noticable?
    I'm very surprised to find that the search highlight colour isn't adjustable. I would, for example, set it to neon pink!

  17. For speed and efficiency, the ability to;

    i) save form field layouts from one document as templates that can be overlaid onto any other document (and still then save-able as a document template).

    and/or;

    ii) the ability to replace the original document underneath form fields (i.e. upload an up to date PDF to replace existing) in 'Edit Template'.

  19. Acrobat's Font menu does not show all styles of installed fonts, particularly with Mac .ttc fonts (e.g. Helvetica Neue, Avenir) making it impossible to do spot edits.

  20. for system information see system.txt
    when i select the crop area against the gray border i get a black line in the print as if 2 a 3 pixel from outside the white work area are selected.
    its imposable to eyeball a this because the print/pdf is 130cm x 400cm.
    older versions never had this problem
