revision cloud not working
In the latest versions of Acrobat pro the revision cloud under the comment section automatically closes into a triangle before I am finished making a sqaure or other polygon. This is an issued that never existed before 2020.

Problem signing in
Acrobat Pro DC asked me to re sign-in, but I clicked "Sign in with Google". After that, I realized that the account that I have the subscription is my work account.
But then, at that time, when I tried to open Acrobat Pro DC, it automatically went to a sign-in screen that only gave me three options:
a) Subscribe
b) Start a free trial
c) QuitThere was no way to try and sign in using a different account. It took a support person about 15 mins with access to my computer to have to clean the registry and the…

Portfolio
I do not feel I have a unique situation, and thus worthy of a resolution. When creating multi page forms, I start with a template, and alter the information to each unique situation (like a date..) When merging these into a portfolio, the file is no longer EASILY linkable on a web site, nor sent via cloud link. If I create a binder, the "shared" fields" auto fill from one form to the next. This is not desired, as the individual information changes from form to form. Yes, I know I can change the field names on each form and…

Keeping the sender and receiver in the same email loop
Currently, I have no way of communicating with my customer in the same email thread as the one in which I sent the document for signature. It would be very helpful to incorporate this in order for me to continue follow up processes after signing.

There need a way to automatically convert PDF to beautiful responsive web pages using AI. India Government upload lots of pdf here & there.
I wish the pdf uploaded for official communication by various goverment and private agencies with lots of rows and columns don't require to download to view, they are mobile responsive friendly and somehow AI improves the usability of the pdf to web page views on mobile.

"Expected a dict object." when using an invalid PDF with the Compare Files tool
I was trying to use the Compare Files tool with two PDFs, but when I clicked "Compare" I was prompted with this error "Expected a dict object." (See
CleanShot 2020-09-17 at 16.16.02
) Afterward the Acrobat application ceased to function normally and I had to restart. After attempting to open one of the files, it became clear that the PDF was damaged in some way. I'm not able to attach the damaged PDF here, but I'm sure it's easy to find one to reproduce the error.A more helpful error message in the Compare Files tool would be one that…

Make CTRL+Q obey "Prompt when closing multiple tabs" setting
At the moment it seems that the "Prompt when closing multiple tabs" setting ONLY applies to the action of closing a a window using the X button.
It would be much less frustrating when you accidentally hit CTRL+Q (when trying ti actually hit CTRL+W) if Adobe at least gave you a prompt before closing everything.

DC Pro ctrl+a functionality
When DC Pro is set to single page display (scrolling is easier/more precise) ctrl+a only selects the current page
Adobe say this is not a bug, but I believe it is because ctrl+a should select all, not just the page being viewed
As this basic functionality is altered by a simple setting it is a bug
So they suggested making a feature request
Please make DC Pro select all (not just the current page) when the select all shortcut is used while in single page mode

Need the Ability to Assign Multiple Licenses for Acrobat to One User
We have users with more than two endpoints and I imagine others do to. We need the ability to have a single user with more than two signed in instances. Happy to pay for the licenses, just need the capability.

Redesign the "insert page" icon to contrast with "extract page"
Dear Adobe:
Please redesign the icon graphic for the "insert page" button in Acrobat. Right now, the icon looks too similar to the "extract page" icon, and does not seem to match the action that it causes. This is confusing and makes the software less intuitive.
The "insert page" icon shows an arrow that originates in the center of a single page and points outside of that page. This suggests that something is being taken OUT of the page/document, when in fact the "insert" action is exactly the opposite. In other words, the arrow should originate from outside of the…

Easily send email from my native email client / Easily save file to my native drive
Adobe has such band behavior. Always trying to force users to use its own email or go through its own system. It should be easy to click a button and either save to my desktop, or dropbox without having to go through several menus. Same with email, there should be a simple button to send a copy of document through my own email of my own preference. Very annoying and very childish and insecure culture at Adobe

The font for filling in forms is a very bad one since it is sans serif, which means that capital "i" and small "l" are identical. Not good.

macOS Metal API integration
The speed of opening and navigating PDFs is very slow on macOS. Using the Metal graphics API to boost performance would be great. Comparing the speed at which Readdle's PDF Expert opens and navigates PDFs to that of Acrobat's shows that improvements can be made to the speed of rendering PDFs.

Text Recognition / Edit
Older versions (prior to text recognition) allowed you to type onto a pdf and edit it later without any interference. The new DC software while still allowing you to type and edit more than often enough recognizes the original text of the document making it editable and causing tons of interference with the user entered text. There should be a feature which locks text recognition and doesnt allow the editing tool to recognize the base document script which will allow for easy editing if you have to save and come back to a document and make changes.
