STOP F%^&ing up my text.
The hundreds of hours that Acrobat costs me when trying to edit simple PDF forms is ludicrous in 2025. Absolutely LUDICROUS.
Touch one element of text, it it tries to pull it in with other text, completely #$%^ing up all of the formatting. Move fields around, and it does the same thing.
Yet, where is their time focussed in Acrobat? AI ****.
Adobe Acrobat is the single WORST app in the Adobe product and services portfolio. Every single day I have to work in it, I end up spending the day yelling at my machine, and many days not accomplishing much beyond, because every time I fix something, Acrobat seems insistent on breaking it.
JUST STOP F$%^ing with my text. PERIOD.
Sorry for the language, but this program's developers NEED to hear it, because over the course of 20 years, it has gotten worse every single interation when it comes to screwing with what those using it are trying to do. Microsoft Word sucks, but it is eons better than Acrobat. But, unfortunately, we have to use it for certain functionality to work. We have been BEGGING for you to fix these issues for over a decade and there seems to be ZERO desire to even try to make it better. What else are we supposed to do? 8 hours wasted today on something that could have been accomplished in a single hour, if it respected what we were doing. How many other programs would get away with completely changing what a person puts in in a way that makes them jump through hoops to fix it, only to have it change it again?
Either give this to another developer, or fix it. Because Acrobat Status Quo is unacceptable going forward.

How do I recover my Google Account if I do not remember anything?

Adobe PDF - Web Printer in Acrobat application
When using the Adobe PDF printer in a browser, pages are printed as images or scanned files, making it difficult to recognize the text.
Please note that Adobe has brought this issue to the attention of the senior technical team and would like to ask for your help in reporting this issue directly to us. They asked us to send this feedback using this system because the SENIOR team did not want to solve the problem.
Do you know what is even funnier? When you print the web page, it does not recognize the text, but soon after, if you take the generated file and rework it to print it again, it recognizes the text normally.
Now my question: Why not print it just once with text recognition? It is ridiculous to have to rework the file again.

Bring back the old layout - I need page numbers front and center
The new layout is so different than the old that it is hampering my productivity. I thought Adobe was supposed to help users, not take away all the features that I need to see immediately when I open a PDF. Specifically, I need page numbers and the page up and down arrows front and center. I still don't know how to find those. I need to see at a glance if I have time to read a 5 page or 105 page document. Don't hamper users. Make it easy again. Allow users -- and tell us how to do this -- to return to the old layout: it was simple and uncluttered, and allowed me (and others) to easily read PDF files. You broke something that worked just fine the way it was. New isn't always better.

- thank you Adobe as usual. Where is the print just as b&W - did you hide that in some other menu? again as usual. Using a mac went thru a lot of ink to get saturated pages that are unreadable without a blacklight. as this goes to user voice and not actual adobe people I have little hope - as usual

updates
there are too many new updates, its everyday and they take forever. while updates are happening, nothing can be edited. Either group the group the updates and do it once a month or every other week, or allow edited while the update happens in the background. this is truly frustrating and everytime I open adobe.

When the user removes pages in a file containing bookmarks their should be an option to identify through a flag on the bookmark.

billing notifications
It would be so helpful if you would send billing notifications when a renewal is going to be charged. Also, like Apple, you could upload the order details to the credit card company so when you click on a credit card charge, it opens a receipt showing what the charge is for...see attached for sample. When multiple subscriptions are charged to a business credit card, it is very difficult to figure out which subscription is being charged. I was on the phone yesterday for quite a while trying to cancel a subscription because I sold part of my business but it was still renewing on my credit card under an email address that belonged to one of my 70 employees. Rather than try to GUESS which email address it was under, a lot of time (yours and mine) could have been saved by letting the cardholder know what they are paying for.

Acrobat locks up in "Open file" dialog, when selecting "Add Image" to document.
Issue began with update to latest version 24.005.20320 on or shortly after 13 DEC 2024. Each time I select "Add Image" to a document, the resulting "Open file" dialog box completely locks up. Cannot browse, cannot cancel, cannot Escape, must use Windows Task Manager to End Task on Adobe Acrobat.
Always worked fine in the past, with prior versions. Last used successfully on 5 DEC 2024.
Running Windows 11 Pro.

Version 2024.003.20112 update breaks adobe and does not allow PDFs tobe opened
Version 2024.003.20112 update breaks adobe acrobat and does not allow PDFs to be opened.
Adobe Acrobat would try to open a PDF but then after a couple seconds would completely crash. Verified the computer is completely up-to-date and restarted. Reinstalled all Adobe software. After the reinstall it was on a slightly older version and opened instantly. Allowed the restart to update and now Adobe Acrobat completely refuses to open.

Make it easier to roll back to a previous version
I loved Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2022.003.20282. I detest version 2024.001.20604. The old tools were far more user friendly and reliable. The new tools are clumsy, the new version keeps pushing the AI tools that I don't want, the new version tries to default to file protection which prohibits me from highlighting text. Speaking of highlighting, the old version let me highlight text with one click, the new version makes me click multiple times and then forgets my choice, wasting time and effort.

The date of a new comment is in the future one day

It is 2:30 AM on January 1, 2025. I just added some markups and comments to a PDF document that I have been working on for a few days. Two of the operations are dated tomorrow, and the next ones are dated correctly. It can be seen in the attached PDF, in which I have cut out a few pages where I entered comments today, and the first ones have the wrong date, tomorrow.
Please check what happened.2.
After I deleted a bunch of pages from the beginning and end of the PDF to attach the pages with the error, the comments list still showed the ones from the deleted pages. After I closed the document and reopened it, only the ones from the current pages were visible. This also seems to be a bug.Thanks!
