  5. Please stop updating the program in such a difficult way that is almost impossible to determine were the functions are. Additionally this updates take A LOT of the screen view of the document when searching for tools. I have to use this every single day for work and constant document stamping and certifications. I do not have time to sit down and learn the entire layout of the program every time one of your developers feels like "impressing" his/her superior. STOP! We are paying for this! Might as well start printing documents and work on them manually. What a shame!

  6. I see below a lot of comments about the scroll bar. I want to know where the little up and down arrows went! My gosh, their function is profound.   10. Sidebars used to have ability to be hidden by default, but now cannot be; please bring this feature back. I work with many drawings saved as PDF in landscape layout, and with the sidebars automatically open at start the files are always shrunk to fit-to-width, which means my workflow is impacted by needing to close these side bars every time the files are open.

  11. Where are those buttons hiding now? There should be buttons to take you to the first or last page of a document. Previously you had to turn them on, but I can't find where to turn them on now with this awful UI. Someone mentioned finding a way to put it back to the old UI, how is that done?

  14. I use Acrobat to present .pdf presentations. Really only feature I need is full-screen mode. I can access it with two clicks under "Fit one page within the window" menu from the bottom part of the right side menu. Full-screen mode being such key feature, I think it deserves a one-click solution.

  15. Hi,

    It would be helpful to sequentially number the comments and the edits as these could be easily referred. This would be more useful if there are too many edits/comments in a single page.

    Also, when searching for word(s), the search tool searches again for all the previously searched terms on a page and then migrates to the next page. Suggest avoiding the previously searched words on a page.

  18. When using the "Add note to replace text" (insert and replace) commenting tool, it is impossible to edit the default color of the replacement mark using Properties. This used to be possible, and is still possible for other commenting tools. (Adobe Acrobat Pro via Creative Cloud on MacOS 12.6.7)

  19. Dear Adobe,
    I´m using Acrobat Reader on MacOS to comment students theses on a regular basis (2-5 times per week, roughly 6-12 hours working time). The last major update brought a terrible user interface. Usability has decreased massively.
    Some thoughts:
    1) I want to mark a passage of text. First I need to select the marking tool, sometimes by opening the submenu of marking tools. Then I mark the text and need to right click, open comment, and then the curser is not in the comment box to start writing my comment immediately. So at least 5 clicks for one…

  20. If you're using a non-English version of Acrobat, the dropdown menu that appears when selecting the option to Convert a PDF file to a Word or Power Point file is not in alphabetical order. I'm using the Spanish version (see attached picture) and, as you can see, since German is "Alemán" in Spanish, I'd expect it to find it where the A is, not where the G is. Can you please fix this? This is horrible to see and work with, and I'd wager it isn't that difficult to change. Thank you.
