For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result
- Observed result

the iOS app doesn’t work

Can not verify document to sign
Fiz o login, tentei abrir documento enviado para assinatura, mas continua dizendo que o email não está correto.
Se recebi o documento, o email está correto?!!!

Dere kan forbedre ved at det IKKE må ventes med å signere av andre enn første jeg skriver på. Dette gjelder i mitt liv i dette tilfelle og har derfor skrevet testamente. De andre er klare til å underskrive, men får ikke mulighet og jeg synes at når jeg betaler som uføretrygdet og privat person burde få såpass ut av de pengene jeg betaler inn.

I can't contact you. I can't delete completed "For Signature" files that I was told need to be deleted by my workplace. I can't send documents via Adobe and the cloud at my work. Can you please help me delete the documents so I can have a job?

We need a back button
We need to be able to change the agreement without starting all over again. i.e if you realise you have missed a document or email address

Replace individual documents in a signable package
When I create a signable document by uploading more than one document, I would like to be able to later replace one of the documents if that document is updated. As it is today, when I create a signable document from multiple documents, it is a totally nuclear document...I can't replace one of the documents unless I rebuild the whole template from scratch.

Add/remove pages from underlying document
It would be nice to be able to delete, add, or edit pages in a signable document. As it is today, if I add a page to a signable document, it's there to stay unless I create a new template. This is annoying because some documents take FOREVER to prepare because they have a lot of form fields. If I have to remove/add/change the underlying document, I have to redo the entire template. What a load of ****.

Better Visual Cues for State of Document Signature Request (E.g. Complete, Cancelled, etc.)
YOu really need to have a more visible indicator of the current status of documents. For example, I canceled a number of signature requests because I needed to make changes and without looking at each document, I cannot tell.

Templates Are Gone and so is "Create a Reusable Form Field Layer"
I don't have the "Create a Template" part. I did and now it's gone. And when I had it, I was not able to "Create a Reusable Form Field Layer" which is the one thing I really need. Please Help. I've been on with support for hours and no one has helped

Unable to attach audit report to fill and sign docs
I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

Your website is unfriendly and hard to manage uploaded documents.
My god, this website sucks. Can't see how to delete a file from those uploaded. Can't sort the files that are uploaded. The 10 files that I did just upload seem to be lost or sorted in some way in the larger list of files that I already have here (and cannot delete). Been using this site and products for a long time, hoping they would improve over time. Pretty, yes, usable, not so much.

können sie mal bitte dafür sorgen das man auch den gewohnten Zugriff auf Adobe Sign so bekommt, wie es in der Demo präsentiert wird?
Wir haben unseren Test Account jetzt noch einmal auf den Small Business Account umgestellt allerdings ist die Oberfläche jetzt noch einmal komplett verändert und gewohnte / geschätzte Funktionen aus dem Test Account sind nicht mehr zugänglich!Ich werde mich morgen erneut mit dem Support auseinandersetzen müssen was weder uns noch Ihnen Zeit und Mühe erspart.

sign page not working at all
When I currently go to sign the document, the window freezes, the page doesn't load and nothing happens. Extremely frustrating.
