  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue

  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.

    I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
    I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.

    I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?

  2. I am using Adobe Sign to get signatures on a document. I'm not sure why, but the Recipient I see in emails to me regarding sending the form and getting the form signed as well as in the Agreements In progress page is wrong and does not match the email and name I see in the form itself. I hope the doctor I have sent this to doesn't see the wrong name. He would be very upset that he is being address with a female name!

  3. the desktop app keeps crashing everytime I want to request a signature. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it. Then on the online app certain invoices it won't let me to e-signatures for. I don't know what's happening as it was fine last week. Please help!

  4. bei meine Benachrichtigungen ist die Logik, "Vertrag gesendet" nicht richtig!!!
    Wenn ich es ausschalte, erhalte ich keine Email zur Aufforderung zur Signatur einer Datei ! Egal ob ich "Vertrag signiert oder genehmigt" aktiviere oder nicht.

  6. When signing the form, the signatures do not appear on the designated space, but rather just at the bottom of the form. Please fix this. Documents need to be signed in the correct location they say to sign.

  7. There is something wrong with your "initials" for contracts. The client is trying to do it, but when it comes back to me the signatures are there, but the spots for initials are blank/missing.

    Hello,

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature.

    Please check the email's spam folder to verify the agreements you are sending are not being forwarded there by mistake.

    If you are not able to find them, please double check if the agreement was sent with Sing in Order on. You can visualize this, following the next instructions:

    1. On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
    2. Click "In progress" under Agreements
    3. Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
    4. On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
    5. You will find the "Recipients" section
    6. If the recipients are listed with numbers, an email will be sent to the next recipient only when the previous one has signed the document
    7. If they are not listed with numbers, there should be no problem on…
  12. After I upload the file it starts to prepare for signature; I see the document appear for a second, and then says something went wrong and goes back to the file upload. I don't want to send the doc here as it is sensitive and I don't need all of help desk having access.

  13. Limiting the file size on esign documents way down from what it was before hinders my productivity. I hate the new esign and want classic to return. I send large files for purposes of creating an auditing paper trail for a state university that require backup documentation to be included. The newly redesigned product does not do what it needs to do, and I am going to encourage the university to look into other esign programs going forward to use once the license expires. This sucks.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  14. when sending out multiple PDFs in an agreement for signing, please make it an option to receive them as separate PDFs and not a combined PDF.

  15. We got a message "Email sent to ELIAS (elios5382@icloud.com) bounced and could not be delivered
    May 22, 2024 10:01 AM" but the error message was "Inbox is Full". Your product would be vastly more useful if the error message returned when an email "bounces" were provided instead of this generic message which usually (but not always!) means there's a typo in the email address.

  16. Adobe Sign has been down all day. Going back to DocuSign. Huge pain on our end. Not to mention your product is slow and glitchy even when it does 'work.'
