Format conversion wrong from Word to PDF
Using Acrobat Pro DC to convert a Microsoft Word 2016 document (Mac) to a PDF, most of the document is covered except all the Paragraph Underlines associated with the Heading Style Levels and in Headers and Footers. The style and the look of the document is degraded by the PDF translation process. With a small Word template of this file Acrobat converts correctly. However the file that causes the problems is large 85 MB and is based on the same file template. Any reason for this issue?

'Re-Send' feature
A 're-send' function would be fantastic. We get a lot of requests to re-send documents, having to go through the whole process again for the same documents/recipients can begin to take up a lot of time.

New Home Screen Format Very Bad
The new home screen is terrible! Put it back the way it was. It was just getting better - with the reminders option popping up right after sending the form - and now you have to dig through layers of menu to get to even send a form out to sign. This is dumb. You're going backwards!

Layouts not good
in this new layout, you cant see in the echosign document lists which contracts are signed and which are still pending to be signed. There is no separate list or colour coding at all.

Where art thou templates?
This platform is terrible. Where are my templates? Why does the "create template" keep disappearing in the menu? I am so disappointed in this Adobe product.

Bad
Very Bad app it take longer time to load and at time to open every time have to sign in.

ability to do additional invoices without going back to main page
When using the send for signature feature it would be handy to be able to send the next invoice without having to select document cloud and then send for signature again.

Frustrated
Your software is absolutely NOT user friendly. It is so confusing to navigate, and there are no instructions. I have wasted so much time trying to navigate this, I am beyond frustrated.

10 Mb per document is not enough
I am getting very poor results from signing contracts and am preparing to abandon adobe pro dc altogether to find a program that allows me to send more than a 10 mb document. Please advise if you can fix this.

New features
The Acrobat DC app is missing a few key elements that the web version has. The ability to remind customers at specific times and the option to hide agreements.
It would also be nice if we have an option for both web and app to organize agreements by folders you created. I use this app to have my clients sign tickets that I do and if I could sort out by folders it would make it a lot more easier to navigate.
Also, reminders do not show up in activity and I think that needs to be added as well.…

Scan from a Book in PDF and copy from Acrobat
I use Adobe Scan to capture pages in pdf
Afterwards I go to Document Cloud to copy the text from the pdf
1) When I select text over multiple pages, copy it and paste it into Word then the text gets copied twice
2) When I scan text from a book, then the lines get curved/distorted towards the book spine. When I then copy the text from Acrobat it cannot recognise the text of one line. Would be nice, if the copy function recognise a text line and can copy it as one line, also if the line is curved3 votes -
Request Easier File Folder Management
Your website Doc Cloud Files are difficult to Navigate. It is hard to Rename the files. Some are for Viewing only, others for Sharing, Review, Signature. Let me put ALL my Scanned files in ONE folder, from there, I should Open them, "Save As" Rename them, and that is it.

sharing edited document doesn't work
I am having a problem seeing the edits on this shared document. They are showing up on page 2 of the thumbnail but not on the actual enlarged page.

Browser interface - comment bar covers up my content because it doesn't collapse
Content is forced behind the comments bar when zoomed in. I cannot scroll any farther right to see the content. I cannot minimize or collapse the comments bar. Folks need to be able to see the comments AND the content the comments are referring to simultaneously (which should be a given, I think). This is a problem! Can't use the desktop version of Adobe to review either, because we keep losing shared comments...

Not ready for professional use
So far a waste of time and MONEY !!!!! Does not sync, cannot convert and I cannot even print a copy. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!

fix it if you sell it
this **** does not work I have tried to fill in and sigh a simple form 3 times and it will not save or send or advance past the fill and sign screen. the online version does not work.
