For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

For signatures, there is one feature conspicuously absent that is in docusign -- the person who is sending the pdf must be allowed to (1) sign themselves in a certain order (e.g., set it up to sign last, and (2) be able to put themselves into the process to add dates, etc. after the last signature comes in.

    I am the corporate secretary for our corporation. I often send documents to be signed to the board that need to be dated upon the last signature. With docusign, I would set up no signing order for the directors who are signing…

  3. WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS ONLINE!?????? Why in GODS NAME am I FORCED to use an ONLINE tool to combine PDFs that have sensitive and proprietary information.... THIS is why people hate Adobe. THIS is why people ***** the app, use older versions or use a 3rd party app.... Absolute garbage...

  7. I've been using Google Drive for years. You allowed me to connect my GDrive account within Adobe online, yet there is no way to clearly send a file which I scanned with Adobe Scan to my GDrive account to save in my repository. Perhaps this is intentional, perhaps not. But it's absolutely ridiculous that you do not make this more obvious. If you are attempting to force me to use your cloud repository, you will fail. I will never use this for more than temporary storage, so you may as well provide proper integration functionality.

  9. There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.

  10. You used to withdraw money from my account whenever you wanted, for example, in April, you withdrew money twice in a month from my card once on the 14th and once on the 22nd. Even twice a month and higher than the plan. Without sending me an email. I think one of your employees is stealing from customers' accounts. And instead of pursuing this manner, you penalize the person who is forced to close her account early to avoid this theft. your behaviour is not professional at all.

  14. Sometime in the past while the signature became buggy.
    I insert the signature that I've always used > export PDF > in the PDF the signature is extremely pixelated.
    I've used Adobe Sign PDF for years and only encountered the issue now.

  15. I was unable to complete the installation of my upgrade to Acrobat Pro. After spending over an hour with tech support on chat, including allowing them to take over my screen, I gave up and would like a refund of my purchase, $29.99 plus tax.

  16. it would be great if Adobe makes available a "beta" for Acrobat

    (I have a "Pro" license, so very much after a beta for that)

    and then, ofcourse, GPT integration, including for document production (hence 'action' based - similar to 365 Copilot, not just text generation) would be great

  20. I signed up to be able to combine invoices I have exported to PDF from SAP and send out in one email. It seems I cannot do this, even though all three PDF's are open in Adobe when I try to combine it takes me to a webpage and asks me to drag and drop the files in. Well, this is annoying because when I export to adobe I cannot save to my computer. The save icon is greyed out. I have to email them to myself individually to save them to my computer, then drag and drop them in.…
