I have never seen a website as ****** as adobe's. Somehow this website is slower than dell and more dysfunctional than HP while uglier than NVIDIA.

Programma instabile e inaffidabile
Acrobat pro funziona veramente male. Se si lascia aperta l'app senza usarla per un po', non risponde più, non apre nuovi files, non registra quelli aperti e non salvati, dà messaggi incomprensibili tipo "Byte non pronti" quando si cerca di salvare un file, oppure se si scorre un documento dà u messaggio 'Dati insufficienti per un'immagine" (anche se il file è nativo, non un'immagine)... Insomma, è vero che ha tanti strumenti e possibilità, ma è del tutto inaffidabile, pieno di bug e gravemente instabile (spesso bisogna forzare l'uscita perché non risponde ai comandi).
L'unica ragione per pagare il lauto prezzo…2 votes -
Lost Text boxes after purchase
I purchased Acrobat after having added several text boxes with all my work intending to convert to another file format. After the purchase, all text boxes added prior to the purchase disappeared, resulting in hours of work lost. is there a way to recover this?

Changes aren't saved from app to desktop
I have Adobe Acrobat on my phone. Whenever I highlight or do any comments on documents that are on the cloud, from the app hey won't register on the desktop version.

It's too difficult to use
Exporting a file is extremely difficult requiring multiple steps through the Adobe program, Microsoft Edge, and eventually finding the website where my account is located. Just found out I can't edit a PDF file? I only paid to export files. Do I pay, don't pay, what did I pay for, I have no idea. My next effort is finding where I cancel my subscription. If I purchase something I want it. I don't want to look for it or find out I'm not getting what I thought I was getting.

Slow
It always slow and just stuck on loading I have to keep refreshing and save halfway so I wont lose the things I am doing. Time consuming meant to be time efficient.

File Access Issue
Authorized viewers on my documents are receiving pop-ups saying they are "not authorized to view the file" - please fix this.

1. Login to your acrobat.adobe.com test account from where shared link was created
2. Open the shared link and click on copy link icon that appear at top right corner
3. Shared that copied link with required recipients

Adobe on Android is unable to sync with the cloud
Something is seriously broken I can't remove items from my recent I can't unstar items and I can presented with an inconvenience screen on the website and support has yet to be able to assist me with even finding out that there is an issue

File conversion not possible with free trial
What's the point of a free trial if your website won't let me do all that it is supposed to. I am blocked from converting files.

"waiting for you" not working
Not working.... there's a document "Waiting for me" and it just won't show anything... tried FF and chrome and nothing, its just a blank screen.

Worst sign up experience ever
I was almost done filling out this form and it said I needed to signup for a free trial to add an image and then it WIPED my entire form blank! I work in tech and you need to give people the option to save before something like that, as honestly this has been the most humungous waste of time as now I have to do it all over again! And of course there is no way I'm going to sign up after such an irritating experience, so I would advise if you don't want to **** people off to…

unable to compress PDF
I just started the trial but inspire of trying multiple times it fails to compress my PDF . it does not give a reason why it is an issue?

Bookmarks icon does not always display
Upon opening a pdf in the document cloud, the Bookmarks icon does not display. If I refresh the webpage (click the "reload this page" button), then it appears.
Sometimes I have to reload the page several times before the Bookmark icon displays. This is frustrating, for if my document reviewers do not see the bookmarks, they do not want to review my document (understandably, when a document is well over 200 pages).1 vote -

Adobe acrobat now(15 August 2023) can not be edited for Thai language.

Pro version not even worth a Canadian penny
This is one of the worst products I can even conceive of. Starting with when you "save" it "compresses" the file and then you can't edit it anymore? Are you freaking kidding me? If the desktop app worked like this you would get ZERO users. As it is, I will never use your online version again. feed back on website app
This product makes it so hard to do simple tasks! It does not accept all PDF file formats. I am not sure why I subscribe to this application not much value here.
