No feed back I have been trying for months
I did not order this item on Amazon I ordered a laptop and paid 289.99 for it a revived this item. I don’t have the account as I closed it due to fear of any more friaudeng activity I do not trust the sellers on the company because what has happened to me. Amazon will not help me I have tried to get my money back and been unsuccessful

There needs to be an option to block download when sharing pdf files from document cloud.

Dosyayı silip yeniden veya farklı isimle de yüklesem her açtığımda ön belleğine aldığını düşündüğüm ve ismine copy eklenmiş dosyayı açıyor. Bu benim hata yapmama ve çalışmalarımın gecikmene ebep oluyor. İnternet aramalarında önbelleğin nasıl temizleneceği veya önbelleğe almanın nasıl engelleneceği ile ilgili bir kaynak da bulamıyorum.

Less Pop-ups
The windows that pop up with suggestions of features I should try are much too often. If I click away from it once, it should not appear the next time I am on that page.

Online Acrobat won't compress file
After compressing one PDF using the acrobat.adobe.com online service, I'm unable to compress anymore files, I get a pop-up that is trying to sell me Acrobat Pro.

Keeps crashing
I have used Acrobat before but as soon as I signed up for Acrobat Pro it all went to ****. I am unable to do a single thing on here, i cannot even review my plan or access my settings and the link i received in my email when i signed up does not even work i get a 404 error code. This is ridiculous I am at work trying to get stuff done and the features I just paid for are unavailable to me at the moment i need them. This was very disappointing.

Fail
It does not work on iPad. With a tillable form the typed letters are randomly applied and tab does not work.

PDF resize not working, not accessible
The menu in edit mode says 'resize' but there's no resize available only crop. Why is it so difficult to find an editor that will competently resize PDF pages. Your Pro desktop cannot resize some PDF, notably ones sent from the police [various sizes]... very very frustrating. I wonder if Chinese/UK gov software, FOXIT, can do it as proven in v 13 beta? Can North America please try to be a little bit competitive? It doesn't hurt to work hard and take responsibility. You don't even need to be a Republican! Just do it and don't be angry like so…

Won't load to allow editing
This application is terrible! It worked great for an hour. Now it won't load my pdfs let alone allow me to edit them. I keep getting a message that the process can't be completed, try back later.

Not interested in signing up with Acrobat just so I can print ONE DOCUMENT! But even then, I COULD NOT PRINT THE DOCUMENT! I SEE URGING TO UPGRADE! I DINT EVEN WANT TO BE HERE! FINALLY, IT DIES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MYSELF! I’m on my cell phone doing this so less is best!

All Documents Gone
All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.
The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section.
The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise.
The files are not in the trash.
The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders.
Every single one of them is just…

Improvement of UX for renaming in documents lists-view
When I have scanned new documents on the mobile, the first thing I want to do is renaming the documents. As this is much more effective and faster I want to do this via Desktop Browser (or in the Windows File-Explorer if I could access the acrobat-cloud directly).
To be able to define a proper filename I need to see a preview to know what was scanned. Therefore a preview-pane in the documents list-view would be useful to avoid switching to detail-view for every document.

Shorcuts
There are embedded shortcuts that cause problems. For example "home" sends you to the beginning of the file, and "end" - to the end. "Tab" sends you to the next comment. In a large file hitting these keys by mistake causes difficulties. There should be a way to disable these shortcuts. And there should be a way to create other shortcuts , like those using 2 keys, that are less proned to be done by mistake.

Terrible Adobe prodcuts
how do I open adobe pro? I keep clicking get the desktop app. I install, and then it just opens adobe reader. This is infuriating and makes adobe look bush league. I am immensely unimpressed with your sub par product, your sub par team, and your worthless website.

Non functional product
I cannot view my profile, I just get a blank page. I signed up for a free trial, and none of that seems to work. I still have "try for free" all over the place and I can't access any of the acrobat tools. Adobe is supposed to be top tier, and this feels like a half done college project. Your checkout screen works great though!
