For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Hi João Marcelo,

    Thanks for reaching out. This popup comes when you are trying to change the same file from two different tabs. You can check if the same file is opened on any other tab.

    If yes, close one of the tabs, refresh the tab you are working on and then try to do the changes. The changes will get saved.

  2. Unable to obtain Acrobat Pro, and already have a active subscription.

    It sucks. Need to talk to a live person. I'm in the US and have to contact you on UK time? That is just so wrong.

  4. Missing Hebrew characters

    When using e-sign and filling the form with Hebrew character, after downloading the pdf file the Hebrew characters disappear.
    In the attached file I have filled the two middle columns.

  5. New "request for signature"

    The new Adobe Sign "request for signatures" is not a good fit for me.

    I like to add "cc" field that doesn't require another signature - that way our admin can track our sales/leads/proposals we send out.

    Is there a way to revert to the previous verion? I've been trying for an hour to get out a proposal and can't make it work. This is very important to resolve ASAP.

  6. Adobe Sign Addition Feature

    I'd like a form field for an Adobe Sign template that can add numbers from other fields. e.g. I want people to fill in an expense report with Adobe Sign, but they are bad at math, so I want it to add the subtotal columns they fill in to automatically create a total, like I could in an Excel sheet.

    how about instead of providing a link for someone to chat with their open problem record but a link to takes them to the current ticket status - this is really hard to navigate to

  8. Feedback Dyslexia and Icons

    Greetings,

    As a professor who frequently uses Adobe and happens to have dyslexia, I often face challenges when it comes to locating the correct symbols. Despite being familiar with their appearance, I believe this difficulty arises from the absence of colors that could aid my orientation, as everything is displayed in white. And also, because I cannot remember where this symboles are - they seem to change their location... Let me know if you would like to investigate that further - it would really help to make it your tool more usable and I think this is also beneficial for…

  10. Selection Tool does NOT WORK

    Make it easy to select an item you've added. I inserted a picture, and trying to select it to move it to the location I want is a NIGHTMARE.
    UTTERLY USELESS experience and online app.

    I have SO many bugs using this program (i.e., cannot save the edits ; cannot scroll down the pages, i am stuck ....). Its very disappointing

  17. cannot upload file to convert

    Everytime I select the file to upload it tells me to contact the customer support for help, I'm stuck there. I can't even start a free trial or buy the product. What should I do please?
