SCAM - SYSTEM WON"T CANCEL FREE TRIAL
I WANT OUT! I am trying to cancel my free trial and I am stuck in an endless loop of it telling me "social media" sign-in isn't available, so it sends me code, I put that in change password, and IT WILL NOT GIVE ME OPTIONS TO GO ANYWHERE BUT TO DO THIS CIRCLE AGAIN>
I am already SIGNED into my account - I clicked manage plans and cancel - that sends you to an endless loop

Bad signature quality
When I was first using Adobe Sign, the signature images were very high quality.
At some point something changed and the signatures inserted into a PDF are extremely pixelated. Can email me at info@atkinsonfoundation.ca for more details.

New design
Hate the new "Acrobat experience" Takes up too much space in the side bars and requires massive searching and no customization. Just horrible, change it to justify a higher ups job?

Ditch comment animation, opt for more obvious highlight
Hard to tell which comment bubble goes with which comment. The highlighting should be more obvious and happen right away. Ditch the subtle animation on the talk bubble. Takes too much mental energy to process when I need to focus on the changes.

resolved comments should hide
When I resolve comments, they don't disappear from the list like the way commenting works in google docs. I have to refresh the screen to get them to hide.

Useless editing text
Useless editing text. Text just disappears as soon as I try to add to it or change it.

Cannot access billing - get 404 error when attempting to go to adobe.store

Add feature of Turn off auto save to "My Files" when uploading a document to work on
Do not require all documents to be upload and automatically saved to "My Files" There are some documents that just need edited and saved physically not adobes online storage. This should be a setting where you can turn off auto save.

Create the full feature set on the Web version as the downloadable version of Adobe Acrobat
add the ability to edit the text fields online. I am running on an old computer for work and down want to download adobe acrobat (which i'm forced to the install creative cloud and all the other software that I don't want) Just make the web version as capable as the desktop app please and thank you

Document not saving
An issue has been coming up very often, where the document never autosaves, and I cannot find a way to manually save. This means I must exit the pdf and restart my annotation, which is extremely frustrating. Please fix this.

Could you provide more details about this? Do you mean that after you put your signature in the file it cannot be saved? Or you cannot save a copy? Also could you provide a screenshot if there's a error message?

move the submit button to the top of the page
I deal with a lot of seniors and they have a very hard time submitting the documents because the submit button is hidden behind the cookie notification window. I waste so much time talking them through it and often just say "forget it" and then send them a paper copy. Can't something be done about this? Maybe put the submit button on top?

Adobe Sign Error - Cannot Open Signed Docs
Cannot open signed Adobe Sign documents. It is telling the file is corrupt for every document in the account. This is not correct and is clearly an error within the Adobe system. It just started happening this week.

Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it?
It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.

glitch on esign feature
when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch
