For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. For licensed users, when they need to reinstall the product. They sign in to Adobe and they get lost. There is no apparent link or page showing the product installer they can download upon logging in. It is very inconvenient to scroll through the page and go to another link or section to find the installer. This should be easy to get to. It is sometimes very frustrating.

  6. The initial new user sign-in for company user is not intuitive. User's license is obviously a company license, it shouldn't let user choose if it's a personal or company account. Yesterday, a new user sign-in setup her password, and below that she can choose which country. As our company is based in Norway, the country should remain Norway but user chose her home country. She was not able to access the license. Can these please be rectified?

  10. The Line tool should not stay active after the first line you draw, just like every other Drawing tool. It's frustrating to draw a line, then click somewhere in the document and you're drawing another line. I don't think the majority of users use this Line drawing one right after another.

    Or maybe make it an option in Preferences. Either way, it's very frustrating while reviewing a document using Comments. Thank you.

  14. This is the WORST shared doc/cloud UX I've ever been forced to deal with. Adobe has literally amplified the version control issue. How do i opt out of your cloud and work with native docs instead?

  16. This app does not work at all on the new iPhone 13 pro. It worked better on my old XS. My account doesn’t stay logged in despite selecting “stay logged in.” The entire user experience for sending a template is not functional. I’m not sure how it could be this messed up. Nothing works, or zooms. You can’t see many of the fields. The email field populates the first half of one letter. The screen doesn’t rotate. Holy **** this is an absolute mess. I’m switching to DocuSign immediately. You guys really messed up. Bad

  17. Highlighted text in documents disappears after either saving the document that has been highlighted and also when working on the document in real time. When scrolling to the next page, sometimes the text and highlights of some or all pages disappears. After closing the document and reopening, sometimes the changes are completely gone and unrecoverable and sometimes the text comes back but highlights do not.

  18. Have a tracked changes feature or tool for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Currently the only way to "track changes" is edit the text, strikethrough, change the color of the text and comment. This way takes a lot of clicks and is not efficient and changes and comments cannot be easily incorporated into the document. It would be helpful if there was a Tracked changes feature just like MS Word.

    secondly i would like to suggest the following :
    1- adding a search option within the tabs of agreements (in progress, completed)
    2- provide a notification mechanism as a chat or a button in the platform to send a request faster than the email

  20. I would like to complain about the "bait and switch" tactic of allowing me to compress one PDF file without signing in, then offering to compress another file WITHOUT notification that in order to download the second file, I will need to sign in to an account. This is super lame, inconvenient and dims my perception of Adobe's brand.
