Not happy
Hi,
I am quite disappointed in your advertising of this Acrobat Online Services for FREE.
After Compressing only 2 documents I now have to subscribe which is very misleading.
You should state from the beginning try the FREE TRIAL then I would of understood the implications.1 vote -

Pause membership option
Hi

Do you guys have an Ereader or text to speech? It helps reading documents when you have dyslexia.

The online version sucks.
Where do I start? The online Adobe really sucks when compared to the downloaded version. I hate that may files are saved to the cloud instead of directly to my desktop. There is no save function like on the downloaded version. I was told that I would be happy with the online version. That is not the case. I pay every month for the services, but it is not more convenient.

I renamed a file thinking it was saved now i cant even find images
I HAVE RENAMED MY ADOBE SCAN FILE DOCUMENT OF IMAGES TAKEN AND SAVED IT BUT IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS AT ALL IN CLOUD STORAGE OR EVEN HERE IN ADOBE SCAN APP PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER IT OR RETRIEVE SOMETHING I RENAMED A FILE OF IMAGES BECAUSE IT VANISHED AND I CANT FIND THEM. HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. IS THERE TRASH IN ADOBE SCAN IF SO LET ME KNOW ASAP

Get a Link button now defaults to Share with Others
(1) Goto: documentcloud.adobe.com/link/doucments/files in the Web Browser
(2) hover over a file and a mini tool bar "Edit - +Share - Link - Star"
(3) The +Share button brings up a pop-over with "Share with others" preseleted.
(4) The Link button brings up the same pop-over. It use to have "Get a link" preselected, but now it has "Share with others" preselected.
(5) It also use to remember my preference to uncheck "Allow comments".Not a big deal, but use to work smoothly and now it's 2 extra clicks.

Wording on last two steps of Signature request
We are finding that the wording of the last two steps, Finish (2nd last) and then Tap to Sign (last) is confusing to our clients as they are not progressing past the Finish step, which is understandable. We think changing the wording on these steps would be far more practical and less confusing.

Not working
Cannot combine files always crashes after a few pages, doesn't matter the type of file, name, location etc - googled the issue seems this dates back a few years - pretty dissappointing have to pay for another software to work with PDF's
