For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. where are all the files i had in my account? how do i find the signed ones if they all have the same name and not that of the recipient? wtf did you do to the interface to make it such a load of ****!!! i am in the middle of sending out and receiving a large amount of contracts and i log in to find it has all changed and is useless. when will this be fixed? ( i rang your helpline to be told 'sorry' but no explanation or help!

  2. This new interface is AWFUL. Here are a few things that are missing:
    - easy access to my templates
    - easy access to my unsigned agreements
    - no dashboard view/information of the signer (if all my agreements have similar names - I don't know which any of them belong to)
    - easy view of all signed agreements

    You've designed this to look like dropbox... which makes no sense. We need to be able to access legal information on here. SORTING everything by date makes no sense at all.

  3. WORST ... UPDATE ... EVER. I'm absolutely shocked at how badly the send & track feature has been ruined. Clearly this has been done by someone who has never used the program. I'm really disappointed in Adobe and this is so bad that someone should go to jail for presenting this and then implementing it.
    Not sure where to start - trying to work with this has rendered me as incoherent as this "update". So I'll bullet point - and yes, I know that no one reads this feedback, so this experience is self-therapy:

  4. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  5. Revert back to the original version immediately this is the worst update of any product that I have ever experienced. You have quite literally made all functions impossible to find. Whoever cleared this update for public release should be sacked immediately. No word of a lie I spent almost an hour trying to find my templates and then the same again working out how to send them out. This would have taken 2 min on the old set up. Adobe U SHOULD BE ASHAMED...…………… I am now looking for another product to deal with signatures and document management......

  11. Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

  13. この度、Send&Trackが、Document Cloudの一部機能に組み込まれましたが、表示用に共有を行った際、今までは同じファイルであってもダウンロード数に応じてしっかりと数値が増えて、5件ダウンロードされた。などが確認できてよかったのですが、新しい仕様では、
    ・見ていない「0/1」
    ・見た「1/1」
    という2種類の表示だけとなってしまったのがとても不便となりました。

    同じファイルであっても、閲覧数やダウンロード数が確認できることが役になっていたので、以前あった機能を是非とも復活していただきたく思います。

  14. Ésta nueva actualización está terrible, antes nos dejaba filtrar los documentos y se mantenía el filtro, también dejaba buscar por nombre y correo (Nos es mucho más útil y práctico) ahora hay que revisar documento por documento para encontrar a una sola persona o matrícula!

  15. My document is not loading in the new look and feel format which means I can't progress it any further. I can't work out how to cancel it or pre-fill it. So it's just sitting here.

  17. Not a fan of the new integration of Adobe Sign into the Document Cloud. The manage portion of Adobe Sign was a great way to quickly see who the document was sent to. I should not have to click on a document and wait for it to load in order to see who it has been sent to. It is a huge waste of time. Please make an option to revert back to the old version of Adobe Sign, or creat an option or setting to add more columns of information in the Sign Agreements page. We love using Adobe…

  20. Can't view participant without opening- which is useless when you use templates.

    Template Library is not accessible unless you manually search for it.

    There is no way to effectively edit, resend, or manage the documents anymore.

    The inefficient changes are enough to look at other services that provide ease of use along with functionality. Don't want to got that route, but this is a productivity killer.
