Cancel my subscription
Please cancel my subscription to Acrobat DC. I have entered my cancellation in several places but it is very difficult to find out if it is being acknowledged. Please respond to charlotte.vogelmann@gmail.com that my subscription has been canceled.

Selecting, moving, downloading files is a joke (also i cant even see the category options in the bar below, had to click around and guess)
The scanner is great but this website is a joke. Can't move more than 50 documents, cant download more than 50 documents, but there is no way to select just 50 or select a range of files by date. The only way seems to be clicking each individual document but guess what happens when you accidentally click a document??? It unselects all of the docs you have selected. You also can't create a folder while moving documents which should be an option (aka the first time any one goes to select and move documents but hasnt created the folder they…

Fill and Sign works only some of the time
IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.

I'm unsatisfied with the Microsoft version of this app, as it doesn't allow me to anotate my texts
The adobe acrobat reader doesn't allow to annotate pdf texts in Microsoft computer, as the app for android phones allows.

Reinstallation of Acrobat DC & Bad Certificates
Good Afternoon,
I already have a Subscription. However, I was having problems with my Mac operating system (High Sierra). I downgraded to El Capitan to try and correct these problems. My data is backed up in Time Machine, but if I restore it, it will reinstall the High Sierra operating system, creating the same problems again. I would like to download another copy of Adobe Acrobat DC, but I'm not sure how to do this and not be charged like a new member. Also, I was examining my Key Chain to check for invalid certificates. Kan inte importera WORD filer. Har fungerat förut...
Hej. Jag har använt verktyget i flera år och kunnat plocka ihop word, pdf - filer oavsett format till ett nytt dokument i PDF.
Nu ser jag en "ny" layout och får felmeddelanden när jag plockar in en wordfil...
Vad har hänt?

Send for Signature unavailable
The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

Search does not work
The search function does not work well anymore. When I put in some email addresses I get a whole list of files that are not associated with it at all, so I cannot easily locate all files sent to one email any longer. Extremely inconvenient, please restore prior functionality.

Issues with Adobe Sign
Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.
- Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!
-Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.
Please for the love of God fix this ****!

Import comments from cloud review to InDesign
Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.
4 votesIf you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs

Hi. If I sign my document and send it to another for signing as well, the recipient is unable to sign back as I have already signed the PDF.
