Don't like the new interface!
The <- arrow takes me back to "Home" vs going back to "For Viewing" after checking on an item. :-(

Lost functionality
The old interface aloud me to forward shared files including the message. This came in handy if my client deleted the email and I have to quickly re-send.

Not what I'd hope.
I still find it harder to use the new interface! I would have much preferred the ability to delete folders, share more than 50 files, and include more that 1000 characters in a message!

Can't download to computer Acrobat PRO DC

All my attempts to convert PDF files to DOCX have been unsuccessful. I want to cancel my subscription.
I haven't had a single conversion to docx work. How can I cancel my subscription?

Review won't convert a non-PDF to a PDF?
Issue - The DC Review service can't convert a non-PDF to a PDF directly? Even though the DC web service can convert a non-PDF to a PDF?
Steps:
1) Go to documentcloud.adobe.com
2) In Quick Start, go to "Send for Review"
3) Drag PPTX file (Windows) from Windows desktop to web browser.
Result: Error message "File ignored"
Expected: Review service should be able to convert non-PDF to PDF (since DC service can do this).1 vote -

How do you convert a .pdf to a docx. It is not obvious from pdf.cloud.
Ugh!!!!! I am in .pdf services. I cannot convert my .pdf to a docx. Uploaded the file. I clicked on export. I keep getting these windows that say add more. What is the problem. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now
Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

Cancel my subscription

Selecting, moving, downloading files is a joke (also i cant even see the category options in the bar below, had to click around and guess)
The scanner is great but this website is a joke. Can't move more than 50 documents, cant download more than 50 documents, but there is no way to select just 50 or select a range of files by date. The only way seems to be clicking each individual document but guess what happens when you accidentally click a document??? It unselects all of the docs you have selected. You also can't create a folder while moving documents which should be an option (aka the first time any one goes to select and move documents but hasnt created the folder they…

Fill and Sign works only some of the time
IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.
