not working for me
ever since you rolled out the new look nothing works. half the time I get the message that Adobe sign is not available. when it is available it takes forever to load and just stops in the middle of sending out a document so I have to start all over. Frustration doesn't begin to define what I am feeling. Fix it!

New Adobe Sign Interface
Hello,
I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.
However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.
Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.

Adobe Sign just not good
The best way to improve the new product experience is to bring back the old produce experience for Adobe sign.
So much slower to get where you need to be, harder to do multiple/consecutive documents, I still can't find where the completed documents are, no navigation on the screen, need to rely on back buttons in the browser. Really badly thought out.1 vote -

I am not able to do anything with acrobat documents. I thought this would help me edit. erase material, etc.

New Interface Sucks
Loading Adobe SIgn ant timing out. Unless I completely close out my browser and re-open it. THIS SUCKS.

allow Document Cluod on desktop
It's possible to implement a feature (extension) to see the Adpbe Document Cluod in the File Manager (e.g. File Exploer for Windows)?

Can't add files from Google Drive
Trying to add files from Google Drive and get the following error: "Sign in with google temporarily disabled"

PLEASE FIX ADOBE!
Thank you for creating a switch to go between the old Adobe manage system and the new one. However it would be great if it actually WORKED! I have not been able to get access to the old system since Friday morning. Now whenever I try to switch to it it, I get a message saying 'Adobe Sign is not available at this time'. This is ridiculous! Please fix ASAP so that we can run our business properly!

new interface sucks
This new interface is horrific. The old one was perfect--simple and functional. This one is very counter-intuitive. Is there any way to optionally access and use the older interface?

Unhappy With Your Reader
I've got to tell you that I do not like your new pdf viewer. When all you want to do is read a pdf, you've just got too much stuff in the way. I had to switch to usiong Google Chrome instead. It provides a clean view of the files without all of the unnecessary junk. Sorry. But I think you should just go back to the basic reader you had so long ago.

Mobile Version of Site Requires Fixes
The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!
Device info: iPhone 7, iOS 12.

Document Cloud
Document cloud is way worse than any other document signing software. You removed the recipients names from the list ... Why remove data??? And now I cannot delete completed documents .... Why remove features??? So now I have to search through 80 documents individually just to find out who I sent documents to rather than glancing over the list, plus the more I use this terrible software the more documents I am going to have to go through. I just do NOT understand why you would remove features and data?????????????????????????????????

Leave things alone
I have always though of you people as being time rich. You have nothing to do all day, which is why you keep changing your software. I used to be able to find a link to a document on the cloud site, now some time rich Adobe employee has moved it.

New view is TERRIBLE
I hate that I can't see WHO something was sent to on the main view. I liked the old system 500000% better.

New design awful
New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

Please bring back Manage section of Adobe Sign ASAP!
The new Adobe Sign interface is very difficult to use--especially the For Signature list where you are supposed to view/manage all of your signatures/status.
The old Adobe Sign Manage section was WONDERFUL--easily could view what was happening with the different sections:
Waiting for Me to Sign
Out for Signature
Signed
Canceled
Archived
Library TemplatesThe new format is hard to view, I can't delete excessive drafts to clean things up and it doesn't even show the name of the other party in the list--you have to click on it and read through the info at the right.
Please, please, please…
