Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information). Spam, content that promotes illegal activity, vulgar or abusive language, or fraudulent or phishing links are not allowed on this platform.

  3. Adobe Acrobat is so much harder to use now that it is "improved". It's incredibly irritating that you can't escape pop-ups and AI generated "help". I wish there was a way to go back to the old Acrobat.

  4. I am have problems with attempting to edit PDF's. Some pages will edit just fine. But then other pages, when it is trying to convert to editable text, seem to just freeze up and it will keep loading forever. Very frustrating. and can't seem to figure out a way around it.

  5. Adobe has become a horrible mess... i paid for a subscription so i can edit a pdf. for the past hour i'm getting bounced between adobe acrobat and creative cloud desktop. all for what? i'm just trying to change password on a pdf. adobe creative cloud just lost you a customer

  6. I am having an INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT time using the services I've paid for...PDF conversion April 2024...and just YESTERDAY, I changed to Acrobat PRO.. Why can't I just tap convert file and expect Adobe to do it??? It used to, now I have to go through a bunch of hoops and I can't get the task done!

    Are you able to please create a search bar for Agreements whereby you can search for a specific client's email address? At the moment it takes a lot of time and to scroll through each folder looking for a specific client. Many thanks.

I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. SO happy to see…
