Setting up the software should be clearer. I've registered for my student edition, but the steps provided are either incomplete or misleading.

Not a happy customer - how do you get by with not refunding money? after a customer cancels?
I was charged in December 2022 for year 2023. I did not even know I had the service. I want to cancel, which I did, yet you still kept my money and now you say I have a free account. I need a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. How do you get by with this? I will be sure to enlighten people of your ridiculous practice of cancelling the subscription with no refund. I read the rules...and cancelled my card. This is very unethical.

Higher Costs & Harder to Use
You have dramatically changed the Adobe Acrobat Pro GUI and end-user navigation in recent months! The change prevents me from doing standard activities that I have done for many years without interruption. Now I must stop and waste considerable time to add comments, edit fonts, and images. On top of that you have increased the monthly cost by 33%. You've convinced me to look for competing PDF offers.

Unable to compress PDF from 56Mb to 11Mb
Attempting to compress a PDF (56Mb) using your site as guest and also after creating an account.
The compression fails at about 70% irrespective of if I use 'High', 'Medium', or 'Low' option.
I even changed the filename to less than 8 characters to see if that made a difference.
Having tried so many times your FREE site is now asking me to register.
I would appreciate your support as I really need to compress this file.

Hallo,
wenn ich Dokumente öffen wird mir immer der Fehler angezeigt: "Das Dokument konnte nicht gespeichert werden. Beim Lesen dieses Dokumentes ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (14)." Ich zweimal den Adobe Reader Pro installiert und das nervt langsam. Wieso passiert das?1 vote -

電子サイン機能での日本語入力の不具合について
Acrobat Pro(デスクトップ アプリ)で、「電子サインを依頼」機能を利用する際に、不具合が生じています。
具体的には、以下の操作の際に、高い確率でエラーが生じ、操作を受け付けなくなる、というものです。
・「この文書に電子サインする受信者を追加」のコメント欄や件名に、日本語で入力
・契約書のテキストフィールドに、日本語で入力一度操作を受け付けなくなると、デスクトップ アプリを再起動するまで、不具合が続きます。
英語での入力や、テキストエディタからのコピー&ペーストでは、このエラーは生じません。また、ブラウザ上での電子サイン操作であれば、日本語入力も問題なく行えます。
契約書の送信時に、非常に大きな問題となっており、早急の解決を望んでおります。

. Most signers never read the message because the "Review and Sign" is above the message.

Too expensive for what I need
I don't keep Adobe because it is $20/mo and I only need it occasionally to fill out a PDF. If you were to offer something like $20 a year and a small fee for each use I would get on board with that. I only receive maybe three to six forms in that format that need to be filled out per year.

Let me spell security
I was hopeful that the password function for "Request e-signatures" would actually work this year. The password option is front and center so I thought Adobe finally got the security message. It didn't.
Here's what I am looking for: I want my customers to be required to enter a password before they can access and sign the document.
Requiring a password to see the finished, signed form is too little security, too late.1 vote
