Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Bug detected...
    Fill&Sign does not save the entries made for downloading and or sending by email. The only way entered text can be recovered is by reopening the edited document in Fill&Sign during the same session but that is meaningless as you cannot download or send anyway. Pleas fix this bug asap because it makes a major functionality for which I have paid obsolete.

  3. Ich versuche jetzt schon zum 7. mal meine Zahlungsdaten zu aktualisieren um den Betrag abbuchen zu lassen. Es kommt immer die Meldung das es bearbeitet wird und dann passiert nichts. So geht das jetzt schon fast 3Monate. Jetzt wollte ich PayPal nutzen aber denkste wieder läuft es ins Leere. Nun hab ich die Nase voll und nutze ein anderes Programm!!!!!!!!!!

    used free online to password protect my file

    you require me to login which i do

    now im logged in and see no option to password protect or where my file is. great job.

  9. cant log in on the desktop app because havent received any verification email all day. Already turned off verification through email. Still it requires me to enter the code from email.

    Thanks for the feedback. Could you please provide more details on the issue you're facing? You should be able to place a signature on any page. 

    Were you using the Fill and Sign flow or Request Signatures flow? 

    If possible, could you share a screenshot of the page where you encountered the issue and a test document so we can try to duplicate the issue.

  17. Kan iemand mij uitleggen waarom ik betaal voor een abonnement, maar wanneer ik zoiets simpel als een pdf bij jullie wil converten naar een word doc, gaat dat automatisch naar een chinees geschrift?

  18. Your product downloads double ups and will not open a file from the cloud if it has more than 1000 comments. The file online says it has 864 marks ups but when I download it, it has 1459. I can't work out what is double and what is now. It wastes time.
