For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Redact in Online Editing

    Please allow for PDF redaction in the online tool. It is the only tool I have to open the desktop app for but I don't always have access to a machine with the app.

  3. Nieuwe versie heeft geen correcte migratie van templates

    1. Door pagina's te laten laden zoals het hoort. Vaak zijn er blanco pagina's en moet je het via een andere weg naar hetzelfde gaan.

    2. De nieuwste versie van "Vragen om e-handtekeningen" zorgt alleen voor extra werk zonder enige verbetering. Er is geen correcte migratie van oude templates. Er zou dus uren werk zijn om dit te fixen.

  4. ACROBAT not working the way it used to

    Lately I keep being told I am not able to see pdfs because I am not signed into Acrobat- I pay monthly for my Acrobat subscription, for several years now- this is really annoying and not helpful.

  8. Electronic Signature Errors

    For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

  10. Must be able to send out TWO templates (like before)

    Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

  11. New esigning module is a total downgrade, makes me want to swtich back to Docusign

    The new e-signing interface is convoluted, nonfunctioning, and lacking several features that used to be easy to use. What a downgrade.

  12. New E-sign Process is horrible

    Recently your e-sign process has changed and since the new format the process either lags or freezes everytime. This is a headache when trying to send time sensitive documents for signatures.

  14. Can't find how to update my signature as a non-paying recipient of a sign request

    When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

    But from the very first step, none of this works; I think it is assuming I am starting from a particular place, but it doesn't say where that is. I'm very frustrated because I can't sign this thing and it's time sensitive. Why is there not…

    I converted a pdf to word doc, but when it was done and I clicked download nothing happened. Have tried a few times and with two different files.

  20. E-sign button Not functioning to actually send

    The E-sign feature is not working this morning. You could edit document but can't actually send for signature the "button" to continue after you add message to send is not there.
