1. Signature drawing box

   Hi

   This platform could really benefit with a drawing box for signatures. When assigning a doc to someone if they need a witness signature they are unable to complete it without changing all signatures.

8. Sign-In still does not work

   I log into Adobe to open documents, it says it's not connecting to the servers. I log into the website login for Adobe and try again. It still says it cannot login to the servers. This product does not work and needs to be repaired.

9. All Documents Gone

   All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.

   The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section.

   The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise.

   The files are not in the trash.

   The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders.

   Every single one of them is just inexplicably gone.

   I have tried logging out and back in on all of these services, and the files are still missing no matter what I do.

   All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.

14. Signature Certificate needs more details

    Is there a way to include IP Address and Location for Signature Certificates? I think timestamps / timelines sometimes do not suffice. For example, I've attached a Signature Certificate from our current document signature handler.

    Im so angry that you are charging me forevery month..i signed up for a month and you have still charged me evry month. i am very poor with little kids and had to use acrobat for a rental application. you are a big company ripping off poor people. and now you want to charge me for the whole year. disgusting corporate fraud. please sort this out and refund me my hard earned money. you can see i have never used it again. i will take this to the Australian ombudsman if i am not reimbursed for the last three months. My financial life is nearly impossible and this is causing me incredible stress

20. Can't get my Adobe to work.

    Ordering for an old guy (80) that doesn't understand a whole lot of today's Hi-Tech jargon is a bit daunting. I've used Adobe for years with good success, but lately I can't seem to get my subscription to your software to work properly, and that is disappointing.
    Talking to my with technical jargon is like me asking you how to set the valve lifters on a 1948 Flathead Mercury V-8 (I know how to do that) LoL.
    I just tried to print a Snipp Tool file as a PDF and it said I didn't have an account . . I'm not a complete neophyte, I got my first IBM Clone PC in '82, with the big floppies, no hard drive and I had to learn DOS, to get Lotus 123 to print.
