For a new bug:

  5. Observed result

  2. Bad usability and file organization in Document Cloud

    Ich habe viele gescannte Dokumente die ich in Unterordnern ablegen, umbennen und organisieren muss. Dies ist bisher sehr sehr umständlich und kaum machbar. Mit Lösungen wie Google Drive oder Dropbox die eine Explorerähnliche Oberfläche und Features wie z.B. Drag&Drop mitbringen kann die Document Cloud leider überhaupt nicht mithalten. Dies wird über kurz oder lang zu einer beendingung des Abbonements führen.

  3. OCR PDF

    How to add OCR to an existing PDF? Should we be able to export PDF to PDF with OCR? Or should OCR be added auto-magically to all uploaded PDFs if requested (select all pdfs > edit > perform OCR)?

    I don't want to export to docx. I want a pdf.

  4. no it crashes when I hit anything on a open file

    Make it easier to use. This interface is lousy. The iPad log-in experience was terrible. You can do better. Make it usable.

  11. Single Sign On and/or Shared Doc. Library Cloud Environment

    Stop selling subscriptions that have the words "Team" or "Business" in them if you're not going to allow for myself and employees to have a REAL sharing experience. It's 2020 - what SAAS company sells software that includes a cloud document file storage component (again - targeted towards businesses) in which the only way you can share and access the same files across org. users is to manually share via a link.   15. Don't sell me, tell me

    Just tell me that the free "plan" only allows 1 document compression per day.
    At least that's the inference I'm making from your vague, protect-yourself message.

    Putting the work on your users rather than sneakily pushing to a subscription is more annoying than it needs to be. As I said, just tell me the costs of "free". Now I'm off to find a competitive product or service that treats its customers as adults.

    Your new layout is terrible. How do I resend a document for signature? I've looked everywhere - this is literally the most basic functionality of Adobe Sign and I can't find it. Terrible UI

  19. Deleting links in bulk

    I would like to be able to unshare documents on mass. I use Adobe for my reports and want to disconnect people from my Adobe library after three months. Otherwise they have eternal access. OK if they download it.. A lot don't but are able to follow my historical link.

  20. sucky sucky sucky product

    You can improve your f'ing product by actually making it work! I have sent several notices over the last two weeks. Your product, that we PAY FOR, sucks! Sucks big time! I have to uninstall and reinstall ad nauseum. I cannot access tools. You never reply to my complaints. You suck suck suck!
