2. Bring back the ability to share Multiple FIles!

   PLEASE PLEASE... reenable the ability to share multiple files on Document cloud via a browser... It worked so well!
   How it is now with the single file only is horrid and very time consuming and does not work for sharing files that are part of the same project. A Drastic change Adobe!!

5. I need more thorough explanations of products

   By being consistent. Different help agents say one thing and it is not true or another staff states differently.
   
   Please alert me when I do something my plan doesn't support.
   
   I was told I could Edit with the "PDF Pack"
   I was told and read I could combine files under the same plan. I now have PDF Pre mium plan as your staff stated it was the way I could do things as noted above.
   I cannot afford to pay any more for signatures and management of the PDF's. I need a thorough explanation of what I can do with this plan and an alert if I am outside of what I purchased. Thank-you.

10. This is why I don't like apple! all of a sudden you chose to charge me $9.99 without me being asked!

    Charging me for a site I looked at now and can't refresh it! You never asked or told me just because i agreed to pay 99cents to that plus $9.99. Also I change my password on my email account and it locks me out of my MacBook Air like I am ready to sell this. Charging me and because I'm not on it every day it locks me out I have my passwords written down then you say wrong why do I have no problem signing in anywhere else but this MacBook Air?

15. Organize pages not working

    I would like to use the Organize Pages within my adobe acrobat reader DC. I do not appreciate having to go to the document cloud, and saving every file before I can insert and move pages around. Why can't the Organize Pages toolbar appear in the reader? I have to hit ADD every time and then it sends me to document cloud in a web browser. I use to be able to do everything in the reader. I'd have multiple tabs/files open and pull documents from the other tabs and insert them into one document. Also, I have tried to delete pages from the same document multiple times. They delete and my document shows 27 pages. I hit organize to save these changes and the document is back at 29 pages. This is so frustrating!!

16. Document Cloud should link to desktop/notebooks

    Create a way to sync Document Cloud docs/pdf's to a personal/office computer (like Creative Cloud does), where a subdirectory (called Document Cloud) is created in the user's computer, where the docs/pdf's in the online Creative Cloud are mirrored to the desktop/notebook and vice versa. Why doesn't this concept that you have for Creative Cloud (and so many others have, like Dropbox and OneDrive) exist for Document Cloud?

17. Breach of Confidentiality

    We sent 2 separate documents to 2 separate emails within the same company and for some reason Adobe would not allow one of the parties to sign and even provided the party with a CONFIDENTIALLY signed document by the other party. How is this possible?!?!?!

19. Page loading/ refreshes randomely issue

    I am using the adobe document cloud send for signature feature. As I am filling out the document details the page will just randomly refresh or start loading and I'll either loose all the typing i just did or I have to re open the document to finish it. Its incredibly frustrating. and slows down my work flow considerably.
    Please give this attention

20. Lost functionality!

    When I use “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”, to share more than one image with a client I am no longer able to tell exactly which images they view and download the way I was with the old interface. Please give back the old interface!
