For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Absolute garbage. I want to organise pages without going onto the cloud. My internet connection does not support half your functions. Shittest program ever.

  4. How do you convert a .pdf to a docx. It is not obvious from pdf.cloud.

    Ugh!!!!! I am in .pdf services. I cannot convert my .pdf to a docx. Uploaded the file. I clicked on export. I keep getting these windows that say add more. What is the problem. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

  6. Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now

    Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

  8. Fill and Sign works only some of the time

    IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
    Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.
    Fix it, please!

  9. Error forcing me to redo all work

  10. Required fields for Anyone

    I think there is a glitch in the "Anyone" fields. I am sending an agreement for signature by three people and making one field required, but fillable by anyone. I'd expect that means the document will be circulated and anyone can complete that field, but it won't be considered fully signed until/unless one of the signers completes the field. Instead, it's forcing me, as the Prefill party, to complete that field.

  13. Duplicate Option

    It would be great to have a Duplicate feature in this so that you can simply update a version of a document. I do lots of review visits to the same people so the top elements would remain the same in a PDF.

  16. Send message to all participants

    Would be nice to be able to send a message to all participants.

    Note: from the ... menu, I can copy a URL to the review and send out my own email, but it would be nice to be able to do easier from within the review.

  17. I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes

    For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!

  19. Remove link dialog is not clear

    I met with a customer today who accidentally clicked the "save link" button on a file that was shared with him. When he tried to remove the link he got the "remove link" dialog (see attached screenshot). It wasn't clear from the dialog whether he would lose access to the document if he chose to remove the link. In fact, he would still be able to access the document through the original share link. The action would only remove the item from the list of items shared with him on Document Cloud home.

  20. Overprint is not working for sent for Review documents

    Overprint is not rendered for the documents shared via Document Cloud. It means that the Review module have no use for the PDF's that are used in print production.
