Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Under E-sign option, it would be good to have a popup to confirm if the a document needs to be signed by recipients in order. Recently we missed checking the option of recipients will sign in order and we had to cancel the agreement and send it again

  3. The new placement of text/signing boxes works well for completing documents electronically. The uploading and sending of those documents? Not working well. Takes 3 or more times sometimes of prepping a document, entering remarks, and trying to send before it actually gets sent out.

  4. When moving a text zone, releasing the click makes the zone move slightly down, as if it was "settling in" in a sort of 3D effect. While probably done on purpose to look cool, that makes it very difficult to precisely place text zones where wanted.

  7. Article online indicates I can merge my documents for free. However when I click on the link I keep getting redirected to a screen that will only let me "sign" up for paid versions. Very disappointed.

  8. I am clicking on "get your apps" and trying to download deskpop on my new computer. It just keeps giving me a "500 error, this page is not available. It has done this for the last two days. Please fix."

  9. Its says its free so how come when I try to use it it takes me to a page where I have to subscribe? Is this just a way to get you in? What a waste of my time.

  14. Hi - I've noticed that the "Backspace" key nor the "Delete" key are affective when attempting to edit the message box prior to sending a document for signature. Makes this theing a type-writer, effectively... Please look into this!

  15. For months, I can no longer use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C) in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have searched for resolutions, but nothing works. This is super frustrating.

  16. Fields have been created for me but some are not actually places for the signer to enter information, and when I click "Delete Field", the field will not be deleted/removed. So I have to go back to the old version which is frustrating.

  17. The acrobat product does not really work. There is way too much latency in network for this product to be useful. It takes way too much time. I tried once. Paid for another 6 or so months when not using the product because of lack of usefulness. On top of that I learned Adobe requires a cancellation fee worth around 3 months of subscription. Very poor customer experience, I would actively advise anyone to not use this very poor service, that hits you with cancellation fee. Very poor!

  18. Website not working, it says "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." Not able to view uploaded document. I recheck my connection as well but progress bar is running without any output.

  20. I pay $20 per month for a fragmented, scewed up process that i expected to be seamless within my operating system. Fix it or I will do everything within my power to get rid of Adobe.
    Extremely frustrating.
