For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Document Cloud won't open CRA fillable/saveable PDF

    Why can't I open this in your web app? I run Linux and I have no other option to open this file as you have discontinued Linux support of your Adobe reader.

    the dashboard does not work properly and I cannot the old documents signed, after one month they disappear from the list, where do they go?

  9. Error message!

    I keep receviving 'error 404' messages when trying to save minor correction to my document. This is costing me hours of time!
    This happens far too frequently and I need to get it resolved please.

  11. text appears too high. folder doesn't update

    Since the latest revision, text appears higher on the form than it appears when you are in fill & sign mode. Also, new files don't appear unless you go out of "files" and go back in.

  15. How do you convert a .pdf to a docx. It is not obvious from pdf.cloud.

    Ugh!!!!! I am in .pdf services. I cannot convert my .pdf to a docx. Uploaded the file. I clicked on export. I keep getting these windows that say add more. What is the problem. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

  17. Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now

    Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

  19. Fill and Sign works only some of the time

    IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
    Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.
    Fix it, please!

  20. Error forcing me to redo all work
