lagging scrolling file on website
too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

Product disappeared--billing still active
My Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro disappeared, along with all my Recent File History. I've worked for about 2 hours trying to get it going again. One screen says I paid my monthly subs 2 weeks ago (for 5 years!) and another screen says "no active subscription". I can access the Web App, but its slow and its recent files stop 3 months ago. Bad quality useless - tricked my first compression attempt so I had to sign uop
The first free compression that you allowed reduced the file to terrible quality ( ususable), I had clicked the box for compression to a final file of 12mb, yet it gave me a 525k file that was useless. Now you want me to do a free trial. I feel that you are not being honest and tricking me to sign up. Not happy and would appreciate another attempt before I have to sign up

Compress, combine etc features are not available
I am not able to combine pdf files and compress feature also not available. What is the use of providing acrobat services when these features are not provided. Planning to end the subscription

Comment Section is Frustrating
please make an option where it is the users choice to open the comment bar. please tell me how do i stop adobe from automatically opening comments. so frustrating!!!!!

Reviewing files/ receiving files
Hello.
I have students send me files to my email.
I then import them into adobe acrobat, review and provide feedback, and then send back to them.Is there a way to crease an address or provide a link to the students, to send the files directly to a specific folder within my adobe acrobat account?

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Currently, we do not support sharing a public link for folders in Acrobat Web. However, you can share the PDF with recipients by using the "Share Document" section. Please follow the steps below to share a document with other recipients:
- Click on the "Share Document" section located in the top right corner. This will open a share sheet.
- Enter the email address of the recipient in the input box and press Enter.
- You can share the document with multiple recipients by adding their email addresses.
- Click the "Send" button to share the document with the recipients.
- The recipients will receive an email containing a link to the document.
We will discuss your suggestion internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

Acrobat is cost-prohibitive to casual users
I'm kind of hard-pressed to understand how Adobe Acrobat can be a standalone $20-a-month product instead of bundled with basically any other Adobe product for free. As someone who only occasionally needs to fill out PDFs for doctors' visits, that's not really a $20-a-month value, and alternate licensing options really ought to be considered. As someone who only uses Photoshop, it would be nice to have an online Acrobat included in which I can simply annotate or fill out forms as needed. As it stands, though, I could not justify a $20-a-month standalone fee for a product that I use…

Horrible interfaced. Unworkable and had to go back a version as the new and improved is basically non functional
I recently got a new computer and "upgraded" to Adobe Acrobat. I had to disable the "new and improved" version because it is basically unworkable. I have never had an upgraded product that was this bad before. You need to seriously rethink what you have done, and fire the entire team that worked on this new product. It is awful......

HAllo, ich habe Adobe Acrobat pro 2020 gekauft - aber warum erhalten ich dann immer noch "kostenlosen Test starten"? Das sollte doch nun weg sein... DAnke für die prüfung - finde es nervig.

misleading
On google you're telling me that with an account I can split pdfs for free. I go through the whole process of creating an account instead of going to some other online tool, to find out I can only do this once for free. That is just misleading and wrong.

Editing the words in an e-sign template
Having the ability to edit words in my current templates would be amazing! Right now I have to go into the document, edit it, then make a brand new template. This process is inefficient and very frustrating, when all I want to do is add in or take out 1 word in my current e-sign template.

Use a current e-sign template for fill & sign
The ability to have the option to use a current e-sign template and convert it to a fill & sign versus having to start from scratch when I'm wanting to use the current template in front of the customer.

Acrobat and Adobe is the most frustrating **** softwarae I've ever tried to use.
I have a business profile and a personal profile. I have an Acrobat Pro subscription on my business profile, but no matter what I do, anytime I try to access adobe, it takes me to my personal profile and I can't use what I'm paying for. pfreeman99@yahoo.com is my email.

The document was ruined as all the text boxes moved and deleted most words
My document got completely ruined after i saved it. none of the text is in the right place and most of it is deleted
