'Request e-signatures not working'
Hello! I am unable to add signature box when using the "request e-signatures" feature. I am a deadline to submit a contract and now will be delayed getting it to a client. I have had this repeated issue with your software. Please, please invest in getting this fixed.

Add Black Page to PDF document using Organize Pages Tool
In the Organize Pages tool, one should be able to add blank pages, onto which they can then add images or text. Right now it asks you to add a file, but this is exactly what Combine File tool already does.

Painful process to get something supposed to be free
The headline on Google Search says "PDF compressor: Compress PDFs online for free."
It was easy to begin the process...
... but to receive the result, I had to log in -- only to find that "the shared document has been deleted." And further, I had to start the trial, which means giving my credit card information, and more.
So, technically speaking, it may be "free." But what a headache! Forget it.1 vote -

It keeps asking me to upgrade when I try to export a pdf to ppt and will not let me go any further, but I already have this feature included in my plan.

e-sign no working
I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?1 vote -

Adobe Account Security
To setup Two factor authentication by verification by e-mail, backup authentication method required. It is asking for phone number however there are people who don't have phone or can receive texts. Please remove backup authentication requirement to turn on two factor. There is recovery method already setup like secondary e-mail. Please fix this.

Hebrew text deleted when download
Bug report:
Entering Hebrew language text is supported and works well, but once you download, all the Hebrew text is removed.
Tried with multiple OS / Computers. It also worked in the past, I used to work with it using Hebrew.4 votes -
Waiting for adobe to cover the cost
I have been working on a single file the whole day. It seemingly has saved my progress throughout the day. When I was ready and wanted to save and download the program timeouted and revealed that nothing was saved. No versions. Nothing.
I am wating for your team to reach out and cover the extra the extra work hours. KR
