Web Application Navigation
Back to Documents/Agreements list.
After selecting a document to review, the document is displayed, but there is no in page navigation to get back to the document list.
When working in the webapplication, the ideal is that the application provides all the control and navigation as in many webapps, using the browser's Back command confounds the links, search criteria or other issues.
Please provide the appropriate navigation on the webpages.1 vote -

can't upload a jpg with my signature
can't Add a Signature from an Image taken with a mobile phone. I've never encountered such a problem previously.
The file size is 56kb, the file is a jpg, unlocked.
The same image always worked when using Acrobat on previous devices (Mac)4 votes -
bad product all around
Such a problematic cloud storage system... here are my reasons for abandoning adobe document cloud... never to use as core storage again.
- can't share folders - wow!
- no recovery for accidental deletes - wow!
- bulk downloads are so restrictive for size - wow!
- limited integrations to google / one drive - wow!
So 90's in mentality...

PDF to WORD converter is not working, easier to use a Knock off PDF converter than your official service,

Why do I constantly have to sign in again and again? it is so annoying? It seems like every time I try to read a pdf it asks me to sign in all over again!

Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

PDF to Word sucks. Shame on you.
I don't understand how the maker of PDF can create such amazingly awful conversions of PDF to Word. Stunningly bad. Horrible. Worthless. You should be ashamed.

Failure to Save/No save function
The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

Adobe Crashing
Adobe becomes extremely slow when opening documents and editing them for any more than 15 minutes. Is there a reason why?

Does not open documents
Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

Disappointed in service
I'm writing to protest your outrageous fee increase. The monthly subscription went up by 25%!
I don't see how you justify this. If there is another option besides Adobe, I will gladly cancel my account.

totally **** support. can't access my files so at the moment I'm screwed and 0 support after paying for this product. why why why
miserable support and it really is very frustrating. I've attempted to contact support several times who say we don't chat about this product when i say what am i to do its not working. look into community support well what the **** i've done that for 3 flipping days since you don't have support on weekends so now once again the transfer stopped the support chat. WTF!!! totally sucks.

Complete in Order/Any Order default
There should be a default setting for this.
Depending on the organization or task, a user will find a preference. Having to change from the default on each submission is a waste of time.1 vote
