Single Sign On and/or Shared Doc. Library Cloud Environment
Stop selling subscriptions that have the words "Team" or "Business" in them if you're not going to allow for myself and employees to have a REAL sharing experience. It's 2020 - what SAAS company sells software that includes a cloud document file storage component (again - targeted towards businesses) in which the only way you can share and access the same files across org. users is to manually share via a link. Not to mention you can only share at the "per file" level. You can't even share folders. Is it really that difficult to allow for users within a…

ADOBE DC DESKTOP APP ON MAC CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO SCROLL OR VIEW MY ACCOUNT.

not loading, shoddy typography
Firstly, the typography is the loading Adobe Sign is not aligned. Shoddy! Then it is in some infinite loop. No exception, time out, error handling. Has the doc expired? Any useful messages please!

Bug - Trying to add comments to a PDF from the webapp gives 404/Not Found for at least one UI language other than US English
Steps to reproduce
- Set UI language to e.g. "Norwegian"
- Open a document in Document Cloud
- Click "Edit" ("Rediger") > "Add comment" ("Legg til en kommentar") 3.1 Notice the "monitor icon" when hovering the link, which might indicate that the feature is not available in the webapp
- Be redirected to a 404/Not Found page (in the Norwegian case the URL is https://acrobat.adobe.com/no/nb/acrobat/features.html# as of 2020-07-04)
Expected result: Clicking the "Add comments" link will let the user add a comment, or at least redirect to an existing page.
Observed result: Clicking the "Add comments" link redirects to a non-existing resource when UI…

Loading takes FOREVER! C'mon!
This takes FOREVER to load. Frustrating to say the least.

Don't sell me, tell me
Just tell me that the free "plan" only allows 1 document compression per day.
At least that's the inference I'm making from your vague, protect-yourself message.Putting the work on your users rather than sneakily pushing to a subscription is more annoying than it needs to be. As I said, just tell me the costs of "free". Now I'm off to find a competitive product or service that treats its customers as adults.

Download button needs to be more clear
When you share links of PDFs. People cannot tell that you can download this file. I wish that you would more clearly label somewhere on here that you can also download this file! thanks.

My templates keep disappearing from document cloud. Happens about ever 60 days or so.

Bad web experience
When combining 18 pages of PDFs, only 12 show in the order step.
Recent documents scroll view only doesn't use the whole height of screen and its very unclear you can scroll.
Very poor UX rendering this service useless.

I've made reusable templates twice but neither appear on the templates page that i get to from the left side bar.

Deleting links in bulk
I would like to be able to unshare documents on mass. I use Adobe for my reports and want to disconnect people from my Adobe library after three months. Otherwise they have eternal access. OK if they download it.. A lot don't but are able to follow my historical link.

sucky sucky sucky product
You can improve your f'ing product by actually making it work! I have sent several notices over the last two weeks. Your product, that we PAY FOR, sucks! Sucks big time! I have to uninstall and reinstall ad nauseum. I cannot access tools. You never reply to my complaints. You suck suck suck!

Broken language support
It doesn't support any languages other than English. It turns it into weird characters when trying to convert a word file to a pdf. Word file attached.
