esign ruined, Adobe functionality impaired for university users
Limiting the file size on esign documents way down from what it was before hinders my productivity. I hate the new esign and want classic to return. I send large files for purposes of creating an auditing paper trail for a state university that require backup documentation to be included. The newly redesigned product does not do what it needs to do, and I am going to encourage the university to look into other esign programs going forward to use once the license expires. This sucks.

We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Message Body - can't be deleted - Send out for Signature
I had issues when Sending the document to signature, I could not delete any of the text in the message body.

Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended. The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee. The subject
- Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended.
- The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee.
- The subject line of the automated emails has code and unfriendly for recipients.
- Even when "Recipients must sign in order" is selected, all recipients get the email right away now.
- Field validation no longer exists for phone numbers.

Lost edited information on document
Don't know how you can charge for the pro version when its as buggy as it is now. Busy filling out legal documents, added text and while typing it was typing blanks. Closed the document and reopened it and lost about 30 minutes worth of edits. Will be looking for alternatives if this happens again

Esign ruined
Horrible esign. The prepare form functions are not applied and desktop app is ruined. and I cannot send on the online app.

"Free" compression
Apparently I don't even get one free compression of a file without giving you credit card details. And I got enough errors figuring that out that I would not trust your tools much.

The worst
This is so messed up. I spent two hours editing the pdf and I got a faulty end product with faded words, double words. Your product is so bad that I dont want to use it again

I ******* HATE Adobe! I hate the new version and I hate how UNintuitive it is compared to the older versions! I have to CALL tech support for the stupidest easy functions because everything is different and not easy to figure out without an instruction. If you don't use it, you lose it and I don't adjust or alter pdf's enough to remember how to alter forms. You people need to STOP adding all of these gosh **** functions and simplify more. In the Marine Corps the say this: K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.

hard to use
I don't know how to use it. I make changes and it draws a line down the side of the page and the deleted part has discoloration.

Latest update is awful
Whoever approved the latest update to Acrobat needs to lose their job. It is almost unuseable.

Total dissatisfaction
Absolutely hating the new version. it is taking out fields from forms when trying to send for signature. Miserable. I don't have time for this. Very unclear. I plan to look into other platforms for sending for signature. Where is the improvement?

Can't use Highlighting feature continuously
Can't use the highlinghting feature continuously. There's a need to click over and over again to highlight. It's bothersome to do so.

You cannot advertise a free service if that is ONLY available as part of a premium package. Thanks for wasting my time.
You are not a free way to convert a PDF to dox. Because that is only available as a PAID product. EG not free.

Insufficient functionality
Disappointed that Edit does not include the ability to select and arrange parts of an existing image or Copy/Paste within an existing document.

text converts to rectangles
For some reason every time I try to compress this file with your on-line compression it replaces much of the text with "tofu" or rectangles where the characters should appear.

Date formats improvements on E-signatures
Following up on my last feedback - I could not even apply "inputted text" the correct date format to be complaint to my work, nor can my colleagues :(
I tried with and with out spaces - I know why this occurred - I am requesting that my proposed date formats be added to E-signatures normal selections (auto) and manual text inputted options.
