Terrible Experience
As a CEO/Founder of multiple business growing aggressively, it's so clear to me why Adobe is tanking. If the company does not get new leadership and culture, it won't exist in 5 years. The entire strategy seems to be to turtle shell outdate, slow, disfunctional assets. I'm trying to set up a new machine with Adobe and it's a horendous experience. Even this feedback app sucks, erasing my data and making me type it again. Fire your management or close the business. TERRIBLE!

not saving edits
twice now i have exed out of a document and all of the edits i have made are gone when i come back. also the highlighter only works like half the time. im never using this again HOURS of work have been lost.

Got fooled by "free"? Yeah, so did I.
Free option has nothing. You should stop sharing this as a free tool once you leave 1 or 2 tools opened. You waste my time and I lost my client because I took too much time to edit my doc only to know then the tools I've used are not free. Play opened against your rivals, your platform is good, you don't need to use the word "free" it it's not.

Template not working
I am experiencing issues with the templates. The receiving party is not able to complete their information, and I am getting it back blank. I've double checked the templates, and they are established correctly?

Example:
1. I have a recurring problem, previously reported to Adobe, a year ago.
2. Adobe fixed that problem, but I warned Adobe that I can't afford for these problems to reoccur.
3. They reoccur.
4. I try and report the issue to Adobe for quick resolution.
5. Adobe only provide a "virtual assistant" that doesn't respond to anything.Tired of this ****.
In summary, I am now looking into DocuSign.

nefunkční nástroj, mnou upravený a vložený text zmizel a neuložil se
Pracovala jsem tři hodiny na vkládání textu do pdf v tomto vašem online nástroji a po snaze uložit svou práce se mi uložil pouze prvotne nahraný soubor a smazala se veškerá má práce, co mám dělat, jsem pekelně naštvaná, v čem jsem udelala chybu?

When attempting to send an e-template for signatures is there a way to avoid receiving error messages.

Plumbing and toilet room changes.
Please look at P-1 and I would like to move the 2 toilet rooms on the Horticulture side closer to the door. About 2' away. Also I would like to move the waste pipe to connect with the main from the Carpentry toilet rooms.

Tap to Sign, under/above the line
The sign feature is bad because there is a line in the middle of the screen when you have to hand sign on your phone. The customers are confused about the line and they almost never sign above the line, only on the line or under the line which causes confusion further because it covers the automatic signing date. Can you make so that wherever they sign it goes automatically above the line? its just counter-intuitive

The newer version of Adobe is NOT easy to use on creating and editing forms. Everything used to be very easy to find and use but now I'm spending too much time just trying to edit my form fields. TERRIBLE!!

Worst helpdesk "service" ever
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my frustration with the level of support I’ve received over the past month. Despite several lengthy sessions with your help desk, my issue remains unresolved, and I’ve lost a significant amount of time and productivity as a result.
To give one example — during a screen-sharing session, a representative spent over 15 minutes attempting to open a PDF file in InDesign, which is, of course, not possible. Incidents like this have left me questioning the quality and technical proficiency of your support team.
