Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  7. Leider kann ich mich an meinem PC nicht in meinem Konto anmelden. Wenn ich versuche mich mit Google anzumelden, soll ein Reiter in meinem Browser aufgehen, aber das passiert nicht. So ist das Programm leider wertlos für mich.

  8. Whatever you recently done, it sucks. All my form fields are not signature fields and I cannot get it corrected as of yet. I HATE IT.

    Hello Tammy,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. To fix this, please check the settings under your user profile and look if in E-signing settings the checkbox for Disable form field detection is check. If it is check, please disable it and save your changes. This should fix your issue. In case this doesn't help you please reach out to us again.

  9. I love the e-sign application but I do not like how it automatically sends the person a reminder every week. I often forget to change the drop down menu when sending the document. Is there a way to change settings so the default is set to "none" for reminders?

  10. Adobe Sign is a great product but not allowing Customers to be able to bulk download copies of their agreements for back up? Only opening every file and downloading each one individually is a huge waste of customer time and your help desk's time since no doubt everyone assumes there must be a way to do it.

  15. I have noted with Adobe Acrobat Pro, there is quite a delay everytime I open a document for the system to recognise I have a valid subscription - wouldn't it be worthwhile having a login for a session, not an individual document?

  16. You guys suck with the free tool tease. I will NEVER purchase any services from you just because of your nasty bait and switch tactics. Either give it free, or don't, but only allowing a couple of uses and then trying to charge with no warning is a slimy used car salesman tactic and I find your approach disgusting.

  18. I HATTTTTTEEEE THE NEW ADOBE VIEWER. HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE PRIOR VIEW. WHY WASN'T I GIVEN AN OPTION TO CHANGE??? THE FREAKIN' SUBSCRIPTION IS TOO EXPENSIVE ANYWAY, I DON'T APPRECIATE UNWANTED "IMPROVEMENTS"!!!

  19. I had a bunch of documents in Adobe but no account. When ticked the first one to open, view and download it I lost all documents. It is not a good idea for the product to function that way without warning.
