send for signature is incredibly buggy and leads to redo of work/waste of time
The page crashed and when I restarted it removed all the forms I added... this product is very slow and buggy

Allow Custom Template Integration from External Platforms (e.g. Matrix Destiny)
It would be great to allow users to import and use templates from external platforms, such as https://matrixdestiny.net, within Acrobat Web.
Matrix Destiny provides downloadable personalized charts and reports in PDF format. If Acrobat allowed direct import or easy linking of these as reusable templates, it would help users save time and standardize documents for repeated use—especially for those working with personal development, coaching, or consulting materials.
Suggested Features:
Upload a PDF template and mark dynamic fields.

Buggy commenting
I've used the online Acrobat product in the past for commenting/collaborating with other users on a PDF, and exporting a PDF with all users' comments has worked fine.
Today, I'm working on a PDF that has comments added by another user, and when I download the PDF, only the annotations that I'd uploaded with the PDF are included in the download: all comments added from the browser by other users are missing.

Failure of 'free trial'
The program offered free combining of several PDFs into a single document (merging). The output was absolutely terrible, with random bookmarks created all over the place, and documents re-sequenced out of order. I attempted to re-upload and look for settings, at which point the program told me that was actually a 'trial' and now I had to pay £20 for a subscription to use the (apparently terrible) service. Setting aside the misleading offer of a 'free' service, the only experience I have of this process is of utter failure, which is hardly going to convince me to part with my…

Skip Download Before Opening
When the extension opens PDF files from Gmail, it would be preferred if they were not downloaded first. The whole concept of opening them in browser as opposed to downloading outright is to NOT take up space on the hard drive.

Prefill THEN Send
The overhaul of Adobe Sign is terrible. I created an e-sign template, placed the fields, and when accessing the template to send it for e-signature, some fields had been reassigned and others were un-assigned, requiring me to manually re-do the assignments during what used to be the Prefill stage of the process. When I hit "Send" which previously would take me to the screen where I would prefill the fields that were indicated as such, it instead sent an unfilled form to the recipient.

- Open the agreement draft.
- Double left-click the field you want to prefill.
- In the settings panel, go to “Field assigned to” and select “Yourself (Prefill)”.
Alternatively:
- Click the field once.
- In the context menu, select “Change recipients”.
- Choose “Yourself (Prefill)” as the recipient.
Lastly:
- Click on the Prefill button.
