Tricking users with "free" PDF editing
Adobe clearly states their online editor allows users to edit text for free. Only after you log in and sign up do you realize that's a lie, and all you can do is comment, highlight etc. Editing text requires the trial. The way people are tricked into thinking they can edit text is atrocious. Adobe can do better instead of tricking users and lying to them. At least be clear about what's actually included. I am now using Canva as it allows free PDF editing.

Terrible product, not user friendly.
literally the cloud version of adobe is the WORST version of your product. nothing that i used before works. I have always loved adobe products but this online version literally makes me want to rip my hair out. please make this user friendly like it used to be. I hate this version of the product.

Adobe - The Antiquated Monopoly for Document Editing
You should be able to copy and paste an image to a doc in Adobe, without having to save a snippet as a Photo to a computer. It's 2024, not 2008. The fact you can't simply copy and paste a snippet into a doc while editing a doc in Adobe doesn't make any sense. Also, Adobe does this irritating thing I can't fix where I go to print a document and afterwards Adobe changes the orientation of my documents. I hate this feature, and despite googling how to fix it, I can't fix it. I don't like editing docs in…

I am in total agreement with this post. This new system in totally annoying!
I do not want to send people links for files that I share. I simply want to attach the pdfs to my email. How do I turn off your stupid Cloud Sharing?
By the way, I am a CPA and know all about document security - I have my own secure file sharing service!

This interface is awful, it is always crashing and never can put me pack at the point where it crashed. It's confusing and cumbersome.

Webform UI improvements
1) Allow webforms to be created without requiring a signature (for example to collect survey or intake information)
2) Make it possible to re-assign multiple fields to a participant at once so one doesn't have to manually change every single field individually
3) Make it possible to update/swap the document being used without having to start from scratch with a whole new webform if a change needs to be made to the document content.1 vote -

I recently bought a new laptop and would like to continue using the various Adobe tools like I have done for several years already.. But when I tried to do so on this new computer, I was requested to become a user again for an annual fee.
