Update messed up my stuff
Not sure what the update did to all of my save templates, some of them are turning up blank even though I wrote stuff in it. Now the commas are turning into periods and it looks crazy. Please fix this weird new update!

IRS Compliance on Signature Documents
The IRS requires that we password protect documents that are sent for signature. If this is no longer a feature that is going to be offered, please let us know as we will have to look for another company that can comply with this requirement.

Thank you for letting us know your concern on this topic. However, current version of the app does support password protection for documents sent for signing.
In a normal "Send for signature" workflow, user can add password verification for any recipient involved in the agreement by following next steps:
- Select the file which will be sent for signature and start "Request e-signatures" workflow as usual.
- Once in "Request e-signatures" view, add any fields required
- Click on "Review and Send"
- Once in the "Review and Send" view, on the right side, you will see the list of recipients and a three-dot button for each of them.
- Click the three-dot button and you will see the "Add password verification" option displayed
- If you click on it, an input field would appear, allowing you to add a password to that specific recipient.

Does not work on whole document
Second page not loading in editor. Page coming up blank. Cannot functionally edit. If product is not functional, why would we get the paid version?

Export PDF obliges me to take Acrobat PRO
I have just acquired Adobe Acrobat EXPORT PDF. Now, each time I open a PDF, the system direct me to upgrade to Acrobat PRO and does not allow me to see my PDFs. I do not want Acrobat PRO and pay for it. What shold I do?

ADOBE ONLINE SUCKS SO BAD
I HATE HATE HATE ADOBE ACROBATE ONLINE...IT SUCKS AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPERATE. I HAVE USED ADOBE FOR YEARS. YEARS! AND I HAVE NEVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO EDIT A DOCUMENT OR PULL IT FROM MY DESKTOP. YOU ARE IDIOTS!!! IF THERE WAS ANOTHER PDF PROGRAM, I WOULD USE IT JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD THE STUPIDTY TO CREATE THIS ADODE ONLINE THAT SUCKS ASSSSSSSSS!!!~!~

Errores en funcionamiento. Descontento total
Es imposible trabajar, me da error todo el tiempo, me dice que me suscriba cuando tengo una suscripción PRO. Hace semanas que no consigo hacer nada de aquello apra lo que lo contraté o lo hace de forma deficiente y no puedo darme de baja sin penalización. Me siento estafada.

Simple PDF can't be processed for AI
I have uploaded the attached file, and in here converted to PDF. But after loading the pdf version of the file, it get "The file couldn't be processed"

When I uploaded the attached file, which contains formFields and dropdown box, It indicated the file can't be processed and ask to load another file.
There are couple of issues:
1. why is the file can't be processed? Is it Formfield/dropdown not supported? We should handle it better in a more user friendly way, either indicating why it can't be processed, or better yet process the portion that can be process and indicates "Not supported" for the portion can't be processed.
2. I click all around and can't find any place to load a different file. We should have a…1 vote -
Fill and sign function is terrible since update
This new adobe online version is terrible!!!! Doesn't work. Laggy. Awful! It was fine before. If it doesn't improve/revert. We are moving to docusign.

HUGE BUG
This is bogus. I have to keep coming back into the editor to change my pdfs because the font will change after a period of time and be wrongly formatted/unreadable. This is wild that I am paying for this service, from a company who seemingly has it together. Not to mention, this is being used for resumes, so it is INCREDIBLY frustrating to think I am sending around unreadable resumes in a time like this. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP AND ILL DO A CASE STUDY, SURVEY, ANYTHING.

Can't tell what tools my subscription contains.
Yesterday I looked at your site about the tools I had available in my subscription prior to renewal. I checked and came to the conclusion that it had what I needed, the ability to turn a Microsoft doc to a pdf. Now I try to do it and the site wants me to upgrade. Why bother, I'll just send a jpeg! Wow, next screen, with options to cancel subscriptions, indicates you run into this problem frequently.

Suggestions for a better Adobe for everyone
FILE ORGANIZATION WITH DRAG & DROP - Organizing files on Adobe takes longer than actually printing a hardcopy, labeling it, alphabetizing it, and climbing up a ladder to file it in heaven. The "Move" file option should be found in every dropdown on every page.
NEED MORE FILTER OPTIONS - Since I organizing isn't an option, we should be able to filter by recipient's names, file name, dates, signed/unsigned, starred, modified, etc.
CHECK BOX OPTION FOR COMPLETED ITEMS/TASKS - When a document has been completed and uploaded - check the "Completed" box. The completed document should not keep showing up…

Adobe doesn't work
Newest update now takes twice as much time to send documents. Adobe rarely works properly. When searching for a name, you have to enter only certain characters, but even then, the search usually turns up with nothing. You should go beck to the previous version.
