convert to pdf not working
Maybe it's the weekend rush or something, but converting my files to pdf, haven't been working. I have already checked if it was on my end and unfortunately or fortunately, it wasn't.

Send As email addresses for Adobe Sign
We need the ability to change the “reply to” or “send as” parameters for outgoing Adobe Sign agreements. Like many modern businesses, we have many separate shared mailboxes for each client or project. Users access those shared mailboxes to send and receive all communications. When sending agreements with Adobe Sign, customers receive our user email instead of the project email. As a result, customers will email the person who sent the agreement instead of the shared mailbox where communications should be sent. Store agreements in folders or add a category column
We desperately need the ability to sort agreements into folders otherwise categorize agreement so that we can sort/filer by client, project, or other groupings. The current design with ZERO sorting strongly encourages us and other consumers to purchase DocuSign instead. In fact, MOST of my team has refused to switch to Adobe sign because DocuSign can organize agreements and Adobe Sign cannot. There is no good reason for them to switch.

Utterly User Unfriendly
I will be dropping Adobe Pro as soon as I finish the class I'm taking at UCLA. Your product is entirely user unfriendly. I am trying to do very simple edits on a script. Like strike text and add comments. EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to go up to the search function and type in STRIKE TEXT and ADD COMMENT. These very basic tools needed to edit were not readily available. I spent about 45 minutes just trying to figure it out and decided it wasn't worth the effort so I kept having to type in the search menu. WHY?…

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while using Acrobat Web.
On Acrobat Web, you can highlight, underline, or strikethrough text by using the Quick Tools options. In the top right corner, you can select the highlight, underline, or strikethrough tool and then choose any text to apply the desired formatting.
Additionally, whenever you select any text within the document, a context menu will appear. This context menu will provide an option to highlight, underline, or strikethrough the selected text.
I have included a video with this message to assist you in understanding the workflow better.

I had some issues but they were efficiently fixed up first by Bot, but then by chat specialist. thank you Adobe for your help

Font changing back
when ever i try typing it sets the font to Adobe Pi Std even though i change it to the font i wont. it switches back for some reason. and is really really annoying

Very difficult.
Its way to hard to log in with texts and numbers and other verifications. Took me 15 minutes. Only to find Im on trial. Im not on trial I pay my fees and this happens every time. Its the worst software I have used.

Program is not working
The program is not working... spinner turns infinitely. Only option seems to be restart PC over and over again. This is totally unacceptable

I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

A "JACKED UP" version of once what was good
Put it back to the way it was 6 months to a year ago. It's less user friendly & SLOW

Final 'Click to Sign' made easier for clients to know when they have completed documented
We have a lot of clients that sign the document but don't click on the final 'Click to Sign' button as it's not clearly visible. Usually it's right at the bottom of the page they are viewing and don't know they have to click this to finalise the document. We are then sending reminders to sign the document and they say they have already done it. Can the finalising of the document or acceptance of the terms and conditions be changed so it is easier for clients to know what to do to complete the signing.
