Your support team provided an annoying and disrespectful service. I waited one hour for my support query to be answered, but no one answered it and when they joined the conversation, they canceled it. It is unacceptable for Adobe to behave in this manner.

Poor Quality Conversions PDF to JPEG
Converting A1 PDF to JPEG.
I used the Adobe online tool, which I pay a monthly subscription for. I used the highest quality setting possible however the words are unreadable. I then use a free service iLovePDF.com and it coverts with supperior quality and results.
I question why I am paying for a Adobe subscription....

Bug
Hi,
We edited a document with PDF editor but it has removed the last digit of an important doc number, which caused many problems. When editing last digit is visible but when you save it disappears. Please correct this bug.

Not a very user friendly update. Hate it
I do not like the new updated version of adobe. It is so not user friendly. How can I go back to the old version.

Geen geschikte abonnementsvorm
Ik snap dat jullie wat willen verdienen, maar jullie bieden geen abonnement aan dat ook maar in de buurt komt van wat ik nodig heb. Ik heb precies 1x per maand de functionaliteit nodig om een paar PDF documenten samen te voegen en daarvoor betaal ik natuurlijk geen 18 euro per maand.

The menu bar on the left of the screen is in the way.
Get that menu bar out of the way please. It is directly in the way of what I need to be able to view. This update/problem couldn't come at a worse time. Please fix immediately.

Same Items showing under both "In progress" and "complete"
Some items are showing up BOTH under "In Progress" and "Completed" eg. Kimberley Edge... can you please sort this issue out.

Worst service ever
Very worst service, will never use it again & will not tell anyone to use it, they are telling in your website that after sign in you can use it free, I am compressing my pdf , but they asking again and again subscriptions, I will take legal action against it

poor file conversion
please review this file and tell me why you are combining 48 line items into one cell.
this is a common problem and defeats the whole purpose of automatic conversion. I now have to input 48 lines (about half of the worksheet) manually.1 vote -

hate the update
stop re-arranging and making things more complicated. So much time is wasted learning all over again. Having tools on both sides is ridiculous. Icons are not explanatory to the point of the old ones were. Really, stop paying people to make worse something that should be easy.

Breach of privacy
Your new browser based system has some serious security and privacy concerns related to it. I viewed a function menu from a website and I can see the email addresses of others that have also viewed it. You are sharing personal information with others and taken a fantastic product that has always worked, and worked well and turned it into something that constantly generates errors, crashes and even the desktop app is now 'back to front' with tools and navigation now on opposite sides. Why would you do this to your massive and loyal customer base? And now this serious…

badly thought through changes to Adobe Acrobat
the recent changes to Adobe Acrobat app are very unhelpful - editing no longer works as it did - text boxes move around; amended text 'disappears' although it's clearly still there as you can spell checker working. Amending edited text requires closing the PDF down and reopening all the time, or the cursor doesn't go where you need it to - and the editing function 'freezes'. The menu on the left it smaller and less user friendly than before. All in all, the 'upgrade' is shockingly poor and has negatively impacted what was a perfectly great app before the changes.…
