This sucks - I liked having an app on my desktop that I could click on and go to my Adobe account and make a pdf - now it is on my favorites dropdown menu - it sucks

Unhappy with the constant updates
Our business uses Adobe predominately for the e-signing feature. When we first purchased the service it was relatively easy to use, smooth and no major issues. In the past two months Adobe has updated the entire e-signing product at least four times, meaning buttons are changed around for no reason, it takes re-learning the service every time.
It used to be almost instant to send to our clients, it now takes upwards of ten minutes. It's slow and clunky. Constantly freezing and restarting. It takes sometimes up to an hour to update, meaning we cannot use the service in that…

Allow editing of web form signers in setup stage
Allow changes to signers on the set-up for web forms. If someone from an organization needs to sign something and then leaves that organization, there is no way to change who should sign unless you change it with every new agreement that comes in or to completely start over creating a template.

We do support editing an active web form, for any changes you need to open the web form from Acrobat web and in the panel under actions you can select Edit Web form. Acrobat Web has ALOT of room for improvement
Was editing a file - organizing pages, inserting pages, highlighting etc... normal stuff. 99 percent done with an 80 page pdf... and now? nothing, can't edit, can't download, can't even highlight? ... if this is the best pdf editor around, there's ALOT of room for improvement.

Old version WAY better than New
Whatever update you guys did is absolutely brutal. Took me over an hour to get 2 documents signed.
I would like the old version and please do not make the new version mandatory.
Old version worked perfectly fine. I am unable to go back to the old version even when I click it off in settings.
Most of the time the document will not load up. Saying formatting of file is wrong when the document being uploaded is an adobe PDF. Make it make sense for me.
Old version 100% and I know I am not the only one here.

For example if you are trying to see the old version in an already existing agreement draft with the new experience? Or if you are trying to create a new agreement and you don't get the old version after unchecking the setting? also, the steps you follow and any other information like the exact error you get when uploading the PDF will be really helpful for us.

E-Sign - before automatically install new version, ensure it has same capabilities as old!!
E-Sign - new version is terrible as it causes way more time to send multiple documents!!

New version is missing features
How do I go back to the Legacy version as the "NEW" version is not working at all and I can't send requests for electronic signatures!!!

For example, the features that are missing from the old version and you need, what exactly is not working for you and the steps you do to trigger the issue. Any information that you deem important will be helpful to us.
You can also go back to the old version by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

multiple docs when sending for signature
you have removed the "add multiple documents" when sending for signature feature, please revert this back, as your combine files is not efficient enough. i fail to see how this being removed is agreeable to your customer base! please add it back in

You can try selecting from the beginning more than one document when prompt to pick a file, this can be done by uploading them directly from your computer or using the previously used files in Acrobat.
