For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:

- Steps to reproduce the issue

File conversion failure
Keeps telling me that my cloud is full, but there are no documents in my Document Cloud Files?!!!!!

Simply awful
This is the most ridiculous and awful PDF workflow I have ever used. All I want to do is insert pages into a PDF and it's forcing me to upload them to "Document Cloud", upload the larger PDF i want to add pages into, combine them all in the DC browser window, and then save that whole new document back onto my hard drive. WHY!!

HATE this and miss send and track
I have no clue what has been shared or linked. The beauty of Send and track is gone - and missed. I will not fight this battle every day.

Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

Changes to Adobe Sign are terrible
Where is the Manage tab for Adobe Sign????? Adobe removed functionality. I am trying to close on a deal and cannot manage docs!!! This totally sucks.

You should see a toggle in the upper right corner of the interface, next to the filter, that says “Adobe Sign Manage”. Toggling that on, will display agreements in the traditional layout. Let us know if you don’t see that toggle or if that isn’t providing what you need.

Why are the highlighting and comments I added on the iOS app not visible on the web page?

Want to print directly without downloading signed file
I don't want to download a file in order to print it. It would be good to have an option to select a signed file and directly print it in a good format. If you print a file in view mode, it prints off the page.

Adobe Sign
In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

give power to your users, not to you
pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.
pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME
Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate
I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.
