Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME

    Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style.   2. new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate

    I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

  3. nEW LAYOUT IS TERRIBLE

    I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

    This is business NOT SOCIAL MEDIA.

  4. Restrict access to invited users

    I met with a customer today who asked for an option when sharing a file for Viewing or Review to restrict access to only those users who are invited. They understood that that also requires each invited recipient to have a free Adobe ID and to sign in, but wanted to make sure that the document URL can not be shared with anyone who is not invited.

  5. Enable Folder Permissions not only File permissions

    Dear Adobe Team,
    it would be a great idea if a user can enable folder permissions via Document Cloud to a different user so they can fill up these folders with needed documents. This feature would be highly appreciated from our executive users. It would make there life a lot easier. If you have any questions please contact me i am happy to help.

  6. Send for Review

    You can get it to work. Your support team where on my PC for 2 hours today. and they said the online version works and it doesn't. I still can not send anything out for signature to clients. I have had enough.

  8. Bad Customer Experience

    I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.

    This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.

    Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.

  9. Document Cloud share file bug

    Until about last week I could upload multiple files using Document Cloud > Share Files > Computer > drag & drop, and create one link. Now it won't let me upload more than one file. Even if I upload one file, the link that used to show up in the lower-left corner saying "add a file" (or "add files" or something) isn't there anymore. If I try to drag&drop more than one file, I get a warning as shown in the attached image. A critical reason that I subscribe to this service is to be able to upload multiple files…

  10. Exporting pdf to .doc returns garbage

    I attempted to use the Export PDF feature, both into Microsoft Word .doc and .docx formats, and both came out with many pages of gobbledygook. Not sure what is wrong, but you can understand I'm somewhat disappointed.

  12. new doc cloud interface is awful

    The new Document Cloud interface is terrible. the old interface was intuitive. The created links are long and needlessly complicated.

  13. does not convert to word properly

    just bought the package to convert pdf to word. of the several pages in the document, some pages converted, some did not, when its all text. frustrating!

  14. Won't convert - please reefund

    This program won't convert half of the PDF files I have. It is worthless to me. I would like a refund.

  15. changing word doc to pdf not maintaining original arrangement

    Changing word document to pdf messes up original arrangement acrobat pro. I signed up to adobe pdf pack because I thought it would be better but it is doing the same thing.

  18. Organize pages not working

    I have attempted five times to combine three files, delete the duplicate pages and organize the remaining only to have the document erase all of my work and choose random pages to keep after pressing 'Organize'.
