For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Why can I not find the option to share a file again...? This whole online sharing service SUCKS. I dont really use it it is way too limiting. Lacking user functionality feel like not wasting my time with this and just get the dropbox going. if I click on the preview a file I'd expect to find the share option again but nothing.

  4. To proceed with the selective transfer of lotus Notes emails with attachment to outlook in the latest versions, I would ask you to download the SysInspire NSF to PST converter. I suggest SysInspire tool to transfer Lotus Notes emails because this is a three-step process which means scan, preview and then transfer the Lotus mails to Outlook. This tool even does not bother about the windows version because all versions are acceptable here. All the email properties will be easily transferred.   5. It would be nice to be able to create reminders on Shared Documents. I know you are able to do this with documents that required signatures but when I share a file on Adobe Acrobat, I cannot send reminders to the people I shared it with.
    I usually use this feature to send artwork to my team to request comments on the file. It will send out the initial email but it would help if I could remind people daily to make sure they review the file.

  9. When I try and send docs for signing, I get the following message: Access token provided is invalid or has expired. I have a paid subscription and should be able access this service. I recently downgraded from a Business Package and am wondering if this has anything to do with it (same email address)

  11. Your compress options on this tool are backwards - when I compress with "High compression low quality", I get a larger file than when I compress with "low compression high quality" which is backwards.

There is an error that happens sometimes when clicking a previously working link. after clicking the link the adobe document wont load, it displays a grey screen with the following message in it 'Something went wrong, try again later". I am having to go to my adobe home page and access the document from my recent document links.

  14. I absolutely detest one aspect of Adobe. I hate (but can live with) the fact that I am prohibited from having Adobe active on more than 2 devices at any one time. What I detest is that when I open a PDF from the device that is not active, it tells me it must shut down!!! Why not just tell me to deactivate another device, send me to a log-in page to select a device to deactivate? Then I wouldn't have to open Adobe, log-in, deactivate a device, then reopen my document. What a waste of time!! This is such…

  17. The login requires entering the password twice which is unusual.
    Most importantly the back button at the top left corner requires you login again. Every time. With passwords required twice. This MUST change.
    It requires 6 clicks to ultimately get to a template. This is so lame.
    The formatting enlarges at the final send screen and doesn’t adjust.
    I could go on but these are the biggest hassle.

    Hi David,

    W.R.T. password required twice, is it once for Acrobat Web https://documentcloud.adobe.com and once for Adobe Sign mobile app (as mentioned in your other post)? We will look into improving the experience.

    Could you please provide more details for the other issues?

    • 6 clicks to get to a template: is it regarding the navigation from Home page to the template Actions like “Use Template” in Documents page?
    • The formatting enlarges: is it the screen after you send for signature? Could you please share a screenshot?

  18. Option "Compress PDF" on https://documentcloud.adobe.com suffers significant bug that persisted with months. On several occasions when trying to upload and compress a scanned pdf I receive a message that the file is already compressed. When I try the same operation with the desktop app on the same file - it is compressed without any problem. This happens so often that it renders the online service nearly useless.

    Hi Petko,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with compressing a file on Web. In order to help you better, please share more info with us. Like whats the size of the file, does it have only text or images too or if possible share the file with us so that we can investigate further.

    Also, web version provide 3 different settings for compress (Low, Medium and High). Could you please confirm if the file dont compress with even High compression.

  19. Just downloaded the app. This is exactly the same as the web version. Literally the exact same. you even have a link to “get the app“ IN the ******* app. The login is just as onerous as the web version and the navigation is awful.

    The Acrobat Web app https://documentcloud.adobe.com in mobile browser redirects you to download the Adobe Sign mobile app in certain flow. We will look into improving the experience.

    In the meantime, you can use Request Signatures within Acrobat Web on tablet or desktop browser.

  20. I use the watermark feature 10-20 times a day and have an action that places my pre-set watermark for me on standard-sized documents. But when I need to watermark art that is bigger - say a banner or sign - i have another watermark pre-set. I've created a 2nd action for that.

    It would be nice to be able to change the color of the icon or number the icon or do something that differentiates the various action icons on the toolbar.
