For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Hi! When I go to export my PDFs after using fill and sign to input text, the formatting of the text gets messed up. Everything seems to be shifting up one tick on export. It is really frustrating because I'm trying to make beautiful documents for my clients to sign for official record and even when I take the time to go in manually and readjust everything I'll find out it has shifted again. Can you please try to create total visual consistency between the data input UI and PDF exports? See attached file as a reference. It looks terrible…

    I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

  6. Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

  8. Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

  12. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  14. Hello,

    I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.

    However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.

    Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.

  16. I've got to tell you that I do not like your new pdf viewer. When all you want to do is read a pdf, you've just got too much stuff in the way. I had to switch to usiong Google Chrome instead. It provides a clean view of the files without all of the unnecessary junk. Sorry. But I think you should just go back to the basic reader you had so long ago.

  18. I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

  19. Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
    I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
    - Out for signature
    - Cancelled
    - Signed agreements
    If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…

  20. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.
