For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  3. There is no quick to access to the settings.

    I used to be able to change the name of extracted files as well, but now I cannot.

  5. What is being done to make e-sign more user friendly? I have had two customers within the past week who thought they signed a doc I sent, but I never received the signed version. Please work on making this more user-friendly, since it's a big time suck having to walk people through the process

  6. Why am I charged for Adobe $29.37 on Aug.07/24 and $91.51 on Aug.06/24.

  7. I was editing a file for school and when i finished and tried to download it, it was endlessly "saving" the changes. After 20 minutes i thought it was a bug and refreshed the page but after that all the changes were erased completely.

  9. Your Adobe Pro Digital Signature has always taken forever to run and is extremely complicated and borderline ancient. With each "downgrade" it get sworse and now doesn;t even work. You concentrate on adding all these complicated useless fetures that nobody wants or needs and forget the basice....ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, ETC.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the feature Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment.

  11. RE: BUG FOUND - Webforms that are created from a PDF which already have Multiline Form Fields inserted do not display entire text in the form when filled out. Works as expected when Multiline Text Field is created while creating the webform on the acrobat.adobe.com website.

    -Create a Text Field in a PDF, set it to Multiline from within Acrobat Pro

    -Create webform by upload that PDF with the Multiline Text Field

    -Fill out the webform and create new lines within the Multiline Text Field by hitting enter and adding text to each line, making sure that a scroll bar…

  12. I seem to be constantly frustrated with saving a document that was created in an email, saved to the documents in win11. how can this document be saved to the adobe coud storage easily?

    also why can i get the rename option for a document in one place and not another? for example, if a document is in recent folder no rename option. same goes for the move option.

    both options are inconsistent. im constantly have to guess where the document options will be . why can't they just always be available when you right click onrthe document?

  13. After I upload the file it starts to prepare for signature; I see the document appear for a second, and then says something went wrong and goes back to the file upload. I don't want to send the doc here as it is sensitive and I don't need all of help desk having access.

  14. Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.

    I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
    I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.

    I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?

  20. cannot integrate 3rd party storage if using a licensed account on Adobe Acrobat web, ADD STORAGE link disappears

    On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
    The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
    I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.

    I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:
    Windows 10, Google…
